They will quote you a low price, tell you they can get your car picked up within a day or so and take your deposit and then call you back stating that it will be double the quoted price!! They gave me a quote and after they took my deposit they called back and said they could not ship the vehicle for that price and that it would $300.00 more, so I agreed to pay the difference on one stipulation, that the vehicle would be delivered no later then Friday and if it didn't get to me on Friday that they would accept the original price, they agreed and I even received a text message from the driver that it would be here on Friday. I got a call on Friday and driver said he would not make it to me today. So after multiple calls to the office I kept getting the run around and they said things happen and they couldn't refund any money etc.... then when the driver did finally arrive he demanded $50 more then what my contract stated and that he wouldn't unload my vehicle until I paid, multiple calls back to the office and they said pay the driver the extra $50 and they would refund me the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!
As stated before their Google reviews are high but very suspect since most are from the same area.

We explain that any cost adjustments are determined by the drivers, not us. Similarly, estimated delivery times are subject to change. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, but sometimes things don’t go as planned.
According to the contract, you should only have paid the driver the amount specified and nothing more. To process your $50 refund, we were unable to locate your details in our system with the email, phone number, and name provided in your review.

The car was shipped really quick, without any issues to the car. The shipment was actually way faster than the estimated 5 to 7 days, but in the end we managed to solve everything.

USCarGo Scam!…
At first this company appears legitimate but don't be fooled. Last minute, they will tell you very few drivers are in route and change date/time for the job which will not work. They also quote an initial price but will upcharge prior to the job. This company is a scam and most likely makes a great deal of money requiring upfront deposits. Don't waste your time or money.

Most carriers do not begin planning their loads until a few days prior to pickup, which often means offers may come in just a day or two before the earliest available date. While we always strive to accommodate specific time constraints, we cannot guarantee a driver will be available on the very first available pickup date. Unfortunately, in your case, there was a delay on the carrier's side, which affected the scheduled date and time with the dealership.
We communicated this to you and noted that you would reschedule the pickup with the dealership for 2 PM on August 29th. We were prepared with multiple carriers to ensure we would not miss the pickup this time. However, we understand that you chose to cancel the arrangement.
Since you no longer need our services, we will initiate your refund for the deposit. We appreciate your patience and hope this resolves the issue.

Stay clear of this unscrupulous company
Please be extremely careful of doing business with this agency. They quote low, you pay a deposit of $250 and balance quoted after delivery.
Turns out on the day of transporting your vehicle they tell you that it is now $350 more expensive as what they quoted you earlier as in the fine print of the contract (not on the actual invoice) that was an estimate. If you ask for your deposit back they state that there is a $200 cancellation fee.
Read the contract very carefully, the print states your quote is an estimate, prepare to be charged hundreds more when day of pickup arrives.

This is a bait and switch company. They take a down payment and tell you a price with a contract saying it can change (standard). I texted and called a few times and they assured me all week they can do it for the low price offered. 3 hours before pick up, they can't do it for that price. Do NOT used this company.

Biggest Scam Ever! Anyone who thinks rationally will see nearly all ratings are either 5 or 1 star. I booked a movement and received an email before signing on the limits of the rate increase. When I referred to it they ignored me and wouldn't refund the deposit after stating they would. Sabrina West was who I spoke with.

Regarding your specific situation, the original quote was provided on April 22. However, you changed the pick-up date multiple times—from May 20th to June 12th, and then again from June 12th to July 19th. These changes, combined with market fluctuations, contributed to the price adjustment.

My Car Shipping Saga
From the moment I engaged with car shipping services, it felt like a rollercoaster ride—minus the thrill. Us Car-Go Freight Logistics joined the cast, and unfortunately, the script didn’t improve. Here’s my tale of woe:
1) Bait and Switch Pricing:
The initial quote was promising—a glimmer of hope that my car would soon find its way to its destination.
But alas! Reality hit hard. The actual cost? A whopping $300 more than what I’d been led to believe just a day earlier. Cue the disappointment.
2) Carrier Shuffle Dance:
Us Car-Go Freight Logistics stepped onto the stage, but their performance was far from stellar.
Not one, not two, but multiple carriers were assigned. And guess what? They all canceled the pickup. No phone calls, just a solitary email on the day of the first scheduled pickup. Abrupt, impersonal, and utterly frustrating.
3) Customer Service: The Silent Symphony:
I reached out, hoping for a lifeline. But the customer service orchestra played a dissonant tune.
Their indifference left me wondering if my car was destined to remain parked indefinitely.
In summary, my car never embarked on its journey, and my patience wore thin. Avoid this drama at all costs.

I have used their services three times…
I have used their services three times now, and it was smooth and worry less. I transported 2 of my vehicles from Mesa,AZ to Milwaukee WI & Atlanta, GA and again from Milwaukee WI to Atlanta, GA and From AZ to Atlanta GA. That was one of the longest trips and the car was in perfect condition for all trips. I spoke with Kathy Winter and she was a great help and provided me with all the answers I needed. The prices are competitive and the service is great. It was my first time transporting a car and I could not be more satisfied. Definitely recommend their services!!
