This brokerage doesn't even deserve a Star...Transporters please steer clear of them!! They dispatched us on a load, and it was a headache from the beginning. All of the load details were invalid. Poor Communication, Can Barely Speak English. Brokerage did not want to pay us a dry run fee or detention time even though they were clearly in the wrong. Please do you research, they have horrible eviews on Yelp, Google,BBB and Central Dispatch.

They picked up yhe car quickly and when they said they would. They deliverd the car exactly on schedule, the driver was nice, and there were no problems at all.

In the Car business you are always looking for dependable and reliable transport service. Peter has earned our buisness. The line of communication and service was impressive, the price was fair and overall experience was one of the best I have dealt with in a very long time. His company will be our goto first on all our transports from now on. We are thoroughly satisfied.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Some guy name Chris Williams gave me a price of $600 to transport from Detroit, Michigan to lake Jackson, Texas on the day of the pickup at the last minute they call me and try and charge me double I didn’t mind a few hundred dollars extra but to call me the day of when you had all week to communicate is just not the way you do business, hung up on me more than one time and offered to pay $50 dollars like that would make a difference they are 100% jokes and unreliable and don’t know how to treat customers I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use these guys EVER

I've experienced significant difficulties with US CARGO. Initially, we agreed on a contract on May 17 for a car pickup on May 26, which was crucial as I was graduating and had a flight later that day. I paid a $200 deposit. Initially, the responsiveness from their representative was prompt, but after receiving my payment, the responsiveness drastically declined. As the pickup date approached, the agency simply disappeared (Jennifer Blake, also she lied to me that she was working on my pickup date and promised that she would get me a driver beforehand, knowing that I was leaving the city on the same day), leaving me stranded without the promised service. This lack of responsiveness and customer care has caused substantial inconvenience and stress.

- Misleading quote price. Don’t trust their low offer (even it is written in the contract it is not a true price!)
- Don’t count on them on time for pick up or responding to messages after you paid
- No compensation for any loss/trouble created purely on their side
Now, after two weeks past, yet my car was shipped, and I have to pay a much higher price (more than double for the initial quote!) to get my car shipped. Worst experience in my life! (this industry is insane since you could not rely on the price & timing info in a contract!)
Give one star out of five because there is no zero/negative choice. Avoid this company unless you have time & money to waste.

Very rude. Quoted very low rate, then increased by double. Attempted fraudulent contract! Please save yourself the headache and hassle! This is by far the worst shipping experience I have experienced!!

Kathy Winters Kathy Winters one of the greatest scam artists alive prayed on me with emails and text messages with a quote when I contacted her she guaranteed to pick up and I signed a contract she took the deposit guaranteeing that my vehicle would be picked up by 3:00 p.m. the following day at 1:00 p.m. I hadn't heard from her she called me when I called her back she claimed that another driver she found because her driver truck was in the shop but then first she goes on to say can I give her till Tuesday 5 days away for the holidays because trucks are busy then she go on to say I found a truck for $975 I advised her I signed a contract that said $600 $200 of which she already had and that's all that I was paying she claims she was going to contact another driver never contacted again never replied to Text messages never and never contacted me again I had to write a one just to do my review however my reading is zero my vehicle has not been picked up I advised her that it was an emergency that I get my vehicle for my job and still I have heard nothing from her and neither has she returned my deposit however they scam you in the contract saying if you cancel they get to keep your money it's criminal and everyone who's had this experience should file civil litigation and shut them down as I am

They will take your money as a deposit and make every promise that the product is confirmed to be picked and ship. But it won’t happen. I have to get a lawyer to get any of my money back. A complete scam, please don’t use this company. I tried using them to transport 2 cars, I ended handling it myself. They said they would refund me, but hasn’t happened.

This is the most worst service I’ve experienced in car transport services. I strongly urged anyone to ever even think about using us car-go freight logistics LLC . You will regret it with a memorable disgusting experience.

worst experience ever basically stole my money never transported my vehicle gave me the run around for a whole week do not use them I repeat do not use them

I tried to book a pick up with them. They kept making excuses.Nobody ever came.They told me they will be in disbatched but nothing. I wrote a bad review.Thank told me they would not give me my deposit until I took down my review.I have been waiting over three weeks and still haven't got it back.

They had me submit a $200 deposit and sign a document that stated that my balance due on the date of delivery would be $350. Shame on me, I didn't read the sneaky fine print of their document stating that all prices are merely an estimate. I ended up paying $800. I would have cancelled and asked for a refund but I was on a time crunch, poor planning on my part.

I filed a review against this company a few weeks ago..And have been waiting for my refund of my deposit..When talking to their finance dept ,I was told that they don't need my money and I was saying g well why are you not sendind it back?They told me to take down my review first and they will refund my money ..Have you ever heard such a thing?They want to blackmail me to receive my own money back...US Car Go Freight should be banned from doing business period..And I will keep writing reviews every week until I am paid my money...My next step is to take them to court..It's not the mo ey,It's the principles of it all...

Total joke. Sent quote. Accepted quote. Gave deposit. Booked on Tuesday was told pickup would be Thursday. Then was told bad weather, Friday, then was told no drivers Monday, then was told pick up on Tuesday and more than double the quote? Meanwhile... now 3 days and counting storage fees. Lie after lie agent still wanted me to book through them? Stay clear... now trying to get deposit refunded!!!

After paying a deposit, and signing contract, car delivery was postponed two days, and tried to double the agreed price, demanded my deposit refunded, no response from company, would give a ZERO rating if possible
