Urban Surfer Arvostelua 

I ordered a superdry coat, two weeks later I've still not received it, tried to contact company with incorrect number supplied by the company, not recommended THIS SITE COULD BE A SCAM.

I felt I had to leave a review for Urban Surfer to offset so many low star reviews. This was my first experience of ordering from Urban Surfer so I didn't know what to expect. The Superdry shorts I ordered were a really good price although the delivery time was a bit longer than other retailers. I decided to go for it because I wasn't in any great rush. I have to say that delivery then did take longer than expected but a quick email to check up on my order received a fast response to update me that they were awaiting delivery from their supplier. Within a few days my shorts arrived and they're perfect! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Urban Surfer in the future 😊

Scammers. They try to give lower refund than what I paid for the item. They know what they're doing.

Total scam. Sent me wrong item. Zero response until I escalate to Amazon Pay. Finally provided return instructions. Asked for photo evidence but never responded again. Returned item immediately. 3 weeks no response and no refund. Escalated again to Amazon Pay. Absolutely useless. Still waiting. Avoid. Order 20580. Their reply they pretend to reply within 24 hours. They have ignored at least 5 mails last 2 weeks

Would give a no stars if possible!
Terrible service,
*they made a mistake and delivered incorrect products which can happen and I contacted them, this should have been a simple return and swap for what I ordered.
HOWever….
* took weeks to initially respond
*claimed it went into their spam folder and asked for photos
* i have now written, sent message through instagram and their web chat and nothing back
* is now been NEARLY 3 MONTHS and at least 10 emails and no response
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I was concerned after reading the reviews but ordered a Bart’s bobble hat as they were cheapest and it was all processed and delivered within 3 days. No complaints so just wanted to say my experience was really positive

I purchased a Roxy hat before reading any reviews. And obviously began to panic once I had.
I e mailed the company, and received a response within the hour, giving a Royal Mail tracking number. The product arrived a few days later.
I for one have no reason to complain and the service was faultless

Took my money but no item has been sent out! Really wished I read the reviews before buying from here! No present in time for Christmas for my son just money stolen and ignored emails!!! Honestly a big scam stay well clear!!!!

Order delayed and delayed so asked them to refund which it was. Charged £2.87 for a 3 minute customer service call. Shocking.

Update to the original post, below. The company has been in touch and it seems they moved premises and were have operational issues that delayed the delivery, which I then cancelled. They’ve informed me they’re not fake and it’s not a scam, so I wanted to update this review to reflect their comments.

This is a scam website. Do Not buy from them. I ordered Dirty Dog sunglasses and, after missing the delivery date I emailed them to enquire about my order. I was told that they’ve moved premises and my glasses will be with me shortly. Still not got them and have had two further emails ignored. The telephone number just hangs up when you call. It this type of crap that means we all end up just going to Amazon rather than independent traders. I’ll be contact trading standards about this fake company

This website does not reply to any emails, and when you phone them its a premium line phone number that charged be £3 for 5 minutes to be just be on hold.

Terrible communication, phone numbers which don't exist or don't get answered, I ordered in March, and have had a cancellation from them only 2 days ago. No explanation, though reading the reviews its all there. Amazing how desp people can still rob your money and get away with it.

Do not order from this company.

I have just queried an outstanding order from 5 weeks ago. Just had a reply from their office manager stating the company is in liquidation. Despite this their website is still up and trading. This is what the legal position is, "It's your statutory duty to cease trading if your company is insolvent, and therefore, enters company liquidation".

The company is now liquidated and we have been advised you should contact your bank to ask about a refund.

Had my money well over 3 weeks ago still no item and zero communication

Taken money but hasn’t despatched order that was placed 4 days ago. Doesn’t respond to customer enquiries.

Ordered on Saturday, posted on Monday, arrived by Tuesday, super fast delivery and bargain price.
The only downside is Royal mail, it's never on time in my area, the EVRI is a lot better now.

Most polite people- very refreshing to find a firm with such nice, competent and cheerful staff.
Amazing facilities and equally amazing staff.

Although it took longer then anticipated to receive the items they where perfect and I am happy to come back and buy more products.

Kein Info bezüglich Zoll/Einfuhrabgaben, angeblich müßte man keine zahlen, komisch das ich es doch mußte, ein hin und her zwischen DHL und Urban Surfer.
Ich kam mir einfach nur vereppelt vor. Nie wieder und was ich auch komisch finde, das DHL die Vorgaben des deutschen Zolls wohl egal sind, weil bis 150€ Zollfrei aus nicht EU Ländern, aber DHL will Kohle sehen. Und dem Verkäufer verweist immer nur wieder auf DHL. Er hat ja sein Geld. Nie wieder
