Very disappointed with Urban Company.
Had a cleaning scheduled at 6pm, but before 5.30pm I got a call saying the professional couldn’t come due to rain. Odd excuse for a cleaning job. I had been chatting with her on WhatsApp, yet she went through the company instead of informing me directly.

I told support to cancel my plan, but they went ahead and rescheduled for Saturday without asking. My family plans around these slots — UC clearly thinks we can just change everything for them. Very unprofessional.

Very bad services from Urban clap without any responsibility. They just rob your money. No contacts, no responsibility and not commitments.

Be careful while using urban clap cleaning services.
The staff doea not even change the dustbin bags.

Very dirty tlilet cleaning. In 3.30 hrs, one staff could just clean two toilets and one hall without any any cleanliness.

Waht a pathetic service.

I got my AC serviced two months ago. They said there was a leakage and no gas. They fixed everything, but after one month, the AC broke down again and all the gas leaked out.
I will not recommend Urban Company for AC repair. Very bad experience.
It seems they didn't fill the gas completely.

The worst customer care staff ever. Impolite and does not quality service rules. Close this company better and don't waste customer time and money.

Pathetically poor customer service.
I had scheduled an appointment for bathroom cleaning service for my new flat, 2-3 days in advance.
They rescheduled my appointment just before 3 hours.Just 1 hour before the new appointment they completely cancelled it again without my confirmation.
This is the service they had for me for advance booking and advance payment.

I rescheduled for one day later.
The technician called me 15 minutes before the schedule for confirmation and I requested I would be late by an hour you can go ahead with the next appointment and come to me later.He agreed to it on phone and immediately completely cancelled my appointment.

Worst part is, because of the fear of such issues, they do not have any customer care number, no feedback and complaint mechanism.
The number from which you get a call after booking, call back to that number immediately gets disabled after they cancel your appointment.

I booked AC service and repair and paid in advance.now customer care is giving me instructions to canceled the service and will refund your amount in 4-5 working day.
Once I have booked the service and canceled they took charge rs200/-.
If they are cancelling they will refund your amount in 4-6 days.
Making fool to public.
Now only advertisement no service.
Even no one will answer your call.

We booked bathroom and ceiling fan cleaning service for our parents house on 6th Feb. Shibam Kamila had come and started cleaning one of the bathrooms when he hit his finger on an edge and cut it. His finger started bleeding so my dad went and got him some bandaids and cotton to help clean the wound. My Mom had to clean his blood which was on the bathroom floor. We had already paid for the service so we told him we will inform Urban Clap about the accident so that he doesn’t have to face any consequences. He said the company doesn’t care and he will not get paid if we inform the company. He said after a couple of weeks he will come back and complete the job. He didn’t show the courtesy to call us so we called him. He said the wound is almost healed and he’ll come in a weeks time which didn’t happen. We called him again last Sunday, he said he started work so when he’s free he’ll come and was very arrogant this time. He started blaming us that he didn’t get any work for so many days. Atlast he agreed to come on Wednesday which was yesterday. But now he’s blocked our numbers. We contacted Urban clap but because it’s more than a month now they can’t help us. We lost around 1000rs with no work done. Some people are not worth helping. You do good for people and this is how you get treated back. If such things happen please inform the company at the same time or you’ll lose your money and waste your time following up.

Worst service based company in the world. Bathroom cleaners come home, see the condition, come up with some excuse like the material is low and they have to go to shop. But, they never come back or pick calls. They give reasons like vehicle broke down. Eventually, we end up rescheduling the booking as there is no other option but to reschedule or cancel in the ap. The chatbot gives an automated message saying that there must be a personal reason for the service person not to come if we say that he hasn't come yet.

They done bad work to my washing Machine repair in my cousins home

The worse company ever. All the maids are not qualified, and the one you want -they don’t assign to you.

I am very disappointed with the service from Urban Clap. I booked their services last week by paying the reservation fee, but they cancelled at the last minute without giving any prior notice. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend Urban Clap to anyone, as they can cancel on you at the last minute without any warning.

We have given paint contract worth of 2.6Lakhs,
1) No health and safety for workers
2) Painters are unskilled
3) No house keeping
4) They will not show which type of paint used. for the walls.
5) Urban employing the staff. The staff behavior irresponsible.
6) No obey client request.
7) Painting supervision is say nil.
8) contract terms and conditions are good
but they will not follow.
I am not suggesting UrbanClap for painting job.

Worst experience for AC service.
Use your local vendor instead of urban clap.

They are cheater, services are very bad,non skilled people. Only looting of customer money is their moto.

Company policy to not provide services to customers above the age of 50.

BOOKED A CARPET CLEANING SERVICE FOR CARPET AREA APPROX 55SQFT, PROFESSIONAL CAME AND SAID IT IS APPROX 120SQFT, SO I SAID CHARGE FOR IT AS PER APP CHARGES FOR 100-150 SQFT IS 999/-, BUT HE REFUSED SAYING IT WILL COST 60/- SQFT IT WILL BE RS7200/- , BUT IF I AGREE HE WILL DO IT FOR HALF THE PRICE OUTSIDE URBAN CLAP. FOR 3600/- I CAN REPLACE THE CARPET ITSELF.WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

This review is not about a specific service but about my interaction with the company staff. On one of my cleaning jobs, the person assigned damaged a few mirrors and glasses in my apartment. While UC has a policy to reimburse customers for such damage, it has been an absolute nightmare to get their escalation team to respond and move forward. We have had multiple calls (5+ by my count) and yet I have no idea how I am supposed to get my refund. They don't stick to their deadlines and they don't have a number to call so you are left in the hands of their very poor customer servive. I have about INR 30K+ of damages but due to "company policy" they are only going to reimburse me for INR 10K. All my conversations have shown that this company has been extremely unethical and immensely stingy to the point I believe they may have violated consumer protection laws (I am looking into it).

Do you know the worst part? They make the struggling people who do the job pay 50% of all damages EVEN THOUGH they have insurance! These are low-income struggling hardworkers who make mistakes and yet have to give money out of their pocket to a company swimming in crores. I find it absolutely horrfying for a company to stoop so low. I look forward to the the day the headlines talk about their bankruptcy -- no company this unethical can or will survive.

Booked a washing machine repair service for my Front load IFB washing machine. The technician arrived on time and did a professional job. He explained how to avoid certain things in the future to extend the longevity of the machine.

Got my fridge repaired from their engineer in Dec 2020. They replaced two parts, the same parts broke again in August 2021 and then again in Dec 2021.

When I contacted the company to provide me with the manufacturer's warranty or share the actual receipt for these parts, they refused to share the same. This just confirmed my hunch that they they provide fake parts which eventually spoils your machine.

I have already registered a complain against them with the consumer forum. But recommend everyone to STAY AWAY
