I want every single person that is in any way shape or form connected to ubisoft to be cursed forever with wearing wet socks.

I prefer to have a pirated verson that will forever mine bitcoins and sell my personal data than using any of their services. May the wrath of customer dissatisfaction catch up to all of you. Its time for this vermin to reduce to ashes!

AC Shadow einfahc nur Schlecht, ich hatte bereits ein Spiel mit Stunden drauf und kann den immersiven modus nicht deaktivieren weils ausgegraut ist und alleine als neuen steam kauf, muss ich mich 4 stunden damit rumschlagen das Menü für Einstellungen zu studieren, ebenfalls hätte ich ein neues Spiel anfangen müssen, nur um den immersiven modus loszubekommen, das kann doch nicht sein, dass man so einen bug nicht in den griff bekommt, ich wollte wirklich nochmals ne chance geben nach dem langweiligen valhalla was ich abgebrochen habe aber das war echt mein letzte mal, bei steam habe ich mein geld zurück verlangt

I was trying to log into my old account I had for a while, when I went to reset my password and clicked save it would not save. Therefor I couldn't reset my password because the new password wouldn't save when I clicked save.

Bought Assaisn creed off steam, it doesnt work without an ubisoft connect account.

Cant create on on either the downloaded app or the website, says all my email, password & user all green but then says protected by captcha yet... the captcha never appears.

If youre forcing me to give over data via creating an ubisoft account, at least make it work.

laughable for a failing gaming company, i guess ill just request a refund via steam.

Ubisoft sucks. Games are unplayable, and when they do work, they are uncreative, unoriginal slop meant to get an easy buck out of people. God I hope this garbage company goes under.

Try to employ someone that knows what they are doing - it really helps. I am sadly dealing with an unbelievable amount of stupid trying to work your apps - each update of the connect client is worse than the last - it looks pretty though - what are you 3 yo ? Can’t login on any device yet again …

you need a call center or something cause your customer support sucks and doesn't read they are lazy no good people

The worst launcher ever, I just want to play game I don’t want to loading screen 5 minut because of stupid servers, I don’t want yours fck ad, and login every time I open game

Can not create an account. Been at it for f. ing weeks. Ubisoft sucks, I wish another company would take over R6. So that I could actually play.

Constant problems logging into account. Previously, the app would log me out every few days. Now, a new quirk: it keeps asking me to CHANGE my password every day because it's suspicious... something. It's practically impossible to figure out the problem — I have to contact support and wait for them to respond. (Most likely, it's because I move to another country, and trying log in from there). Change region can be done ONLY through support. However, I've never had this problem with any other launcher from any other company. Ubisoft Connect is a 10-year-old dump.They lure you in with discounts, but then you literally can't start playing the game for 40 minutes because of problems with their app.

Ich besitze ein älteres Spiel von Ubisoft als DVD, welches ich nicht mehr spielen kann. Nun habe ich ein Ubisoftkonto angelegt umd das Spiel als Downloadspiel spielen zu können. Nun hat Ubisoft updates eingebaut, die das ganze Spiel fast unspielbar machen.
Ubisoft-support kann man diesbezüglich nicht kontaktieren. Sollte man die Option finden, den Support zu erreichen, kommen schwachsinnige Fragen oder Antworten. Ubisoft ist für mich gestorben, keinen Cent mehr für Ubisoft!

Sinceramente me decepciona a donde estan yendo como empresa, siendo alguien que crecio jugando muchos de sus juegos, pero la verdad os titulos nuevos que sacan no hacen mas que decepcionarme mas y mas, me da lástima pero su calidad y su atención a lo que quieren sus jugadores ha caido a niveles que rozan ya con lo minimo y lo inexistente, que terrible

Where do I even start? My original Ubisoft account — with hundreds of dollars worth of games on it — got hacked. You'd think a company this size would have your back, right? Wrong. I contacted support and had to wait DAYS just for a reply, only to be told they couldn't do anything. Then they just closed my case. Hundreds of dollars, gone, and Ubisoft basically shrugged.

So I made a new account and had to repurchase my games out of my own pocket — including Skull and Bones. And what do I get for my trouble? My new account gets flagged for "suspicious activity." I'm the one who got hacked and I'M the one being treated like I did something wrong?

After fighting through all of that, I finally managed to get back into Ubisoft Connect and now the game won't even launch. I literally cannot play the game I paid for — twice.

Abysmal customer support, zero account security, bugs on top of bugs, and a game that doesn't even work. Save your money and your sanity.

After being a customer for many years, I expect better. Ghost recon Breakpoint stop working for both my self and a friend. I spend hours troubleshooting. In the end I repurchased to see if that would fix it. It did not. Within 2 days (and zero playtime) I asked for a refund, and after several emails I was denied. This is robbery. AVOID them, and use another platform.

Had my account hacked, they managed to change the email address.
Contacted support only to be told there was nothing they could do
Absolutely useless, won't be having anything to do with these crooks in the future.

I bet it would be easier to fly a plane with no training than it would be to do something as simple as create an account with ubisoft. I have been trying to create an account for 2 hours just so I can play Breakpoint (which I can't do without creating a ubisoft account) but FK ME! FIX YOUR SHT!
