Rockstar son pas capable de se décider il change les date de gta 6 il va sortir quand je serai mort ou ses comment

da asco el servicio de tickets, no contestan nunca, no buscan resolver tu problema, siempre les falta información extra, nunca resuelven nada

Acabo de empezar a jugar a gta online, y he comprado 2 tarjetas de 10 millones cada una, de las cuales he comprado coches, motos, negocios, casas y armas.
en cada sesión pública me está faltando munición de todas o casi todas mis armas, me faltan algunos coches de mis 2 garajes, he visto también que me faltan armas de las que cuestan en una tienda de armas alrededor de más de 300,000 y pregunto. otros jugadores me están robando, o son errores del juego? abro ticket a rockstar y me los cierran todos.

No compro nada mas por este juego y de momento no voy a jugar mas porque siempre me faltan objetos, armas y estoy perdiendo dinero real. +74 euros cada tarjeta, ya me diréis...

Además de recibir un pantallazo negro con letras que dice: No dispones de fondos suficientes. Puedes añadir más fondos a la cuenta del juego comprando dólares GTA.

Ahora mismo tengo poco más de 1 millons de los 20 que he comprado con las tarjetas. no me puedo creer que me estén robando no solo coches, munición y armas otros jugadores, es que me están intentando robar algo o comprar algo a través de mi cuenta.

No voy a gastar un euro más en un juego que otros te pueden robar lo que compras con dinero real. Me parece alucinante que una compañía de juegos permita esto...

Llevo sólo poco más de 2 semanas jugando, y ya he perdido dinero con objetos ficticios que me roban otros jugadores...

I've been a GTA fan for a long time, and this hurts me to do this but they have forced my hand, ever since they introduced the broken launcher of theirs, it has gotten tedious for me to even do a simple task such as launching my games! And not only is it a total joke, IT'S LITERALLY POINTLESS AND UNNEEDED. Also, even when I clicked on "Auto Sign In" IT STILL DOESN'T STAY SIGNED IN!!!!! Even when they recently updated it they didn't even bother to fix that!
Oh and by the way, Take-Two interactive are greedy scumbags. I'm obligated to say that.

Worst customer support, cannot unlink from Steam due to dead email from 10 years ago,so all games bought through Steam cannot be played.
Proof of purchase provided and Steam cannot do anything to unlink from Rockstar.

They have a fingers in the ears attitude wont listen and generic Bot email replys. Never again will i support this company of rejects.

Rockstar and their support is Grand Theft.

I really would give less than 1 star if I could. I have been trying to get back into my account for weeks. I have had my account for nearly 10 years and over that time have invested a considerable amount of time & money. I have had to create 2 other accounts so that I can use the support dashboard. I am constantly dealing with bots that resolve and close every tickets (even though they have not provided a solution). I have asked repeatedly to speak to a human, to have my ticket escalated to Tier 2 or 3 (whatever that means ...probably means a "bot boss" will close my ticket instead). Then I am shadow blocked because I have to open another ticket to ask someone to help me. After 6 tickets being automatically closed it says you have submitted too many tickets. There is no other avenue to go down, no phone number that works, no email address that will respond back. I have done nothing wrong. I have not been angry or abusive. I have simply been asking for help. Rockstar are an absolute and utter waste of time. They do nice games but if it goes wrong and you need some support you're in a world of frustration and despair. Avoid if possible.

Support ist AI und gibt nur automatisierte Antworten. Habe auch das Problem mit der 2FA...

TERRIBLE i will say again TERRIBLE launcher everytime i try to launch red dead redemption 2 it says (Log in) when i try to login i get almost everytime an error while logging im i am tired of this launcher epic games launcher is sadly better at launching games becuse i do not have to login everytime i open a game rockstar you could have done better im giving you 1 star.

What a joke... you can report a problem to Rockstar so they can help solve it... I don't think so... They close the case three times in a row without explanation

Ne partez surtout pas en vacances, vous perdez votre garage que vous pouvez racheter une 2em fois. Des voleurs!!!! ROCKSTAR. Ne prenez pas GTA online si vous partez en vacances

Bonjours, je joue a GTA 5 depuis sa sortie sur différente plateforme Xbox, PlayStation, et pc il a quelque temps de sa je reçois une notif de bannissement je m'interroge je n'est jamais tricher toujours des mission et autre pour me faire du blé car très compliquer vue les prix fin bref

et depuis mon compte online a été supprimer je demande a l'assistance rockstar et il ne réponde même pas a ma requête il me dises qu'il on détecter un truc sans me dire quoi alors je suis un peut dessus mes je ne jouerais tant que le problème n'aura pas été régler .....

Minus 5 stars...

That would be the rating given for rockstar support if it was possible. Because there is NONE.. I have written around 10 support requests, and no matter what i write i get the same automated chatbot reply back...

There is no support that is handled by actual people and thus my account with my games is lost. Never mind if i still hold the email and can prove purchase..

Worst company support i have ever encountered!

El departamento técnico no resuelve ticket y por ello no puedo ponerme en contacto. Dice que tengo el máximo número de ticket abierto y así llevo más de 6 meses. El tema de lis tramposos y el menú de pausa es algo insoportable, ya que en teoría el menú de pausa sirve para bloquear, denunciar o expulsar al tramposo pero es totalmente inútil, no hace ningún efecto. Al final tengo que abandonar la sesión y el tramposo sigue en ella. Indefensión total y dejadez por parte de Rockstar. Una vergüenza.

Hold jer væk. Det er ikke andet end problemer med login, også skal man tilmelde sig, og så er man på, også er man ikke. Totalt ukompente. Nu 1 dag efter (3 dag) skriver de så at jeg skal maile dem med mit problem. Det har jeg så bare brugt de sidste 2 dage på. Uden held. Købte mig en PS i sidste uge, og et spil fra rockstar, for at sidde og hygge mig lidt i den snestorm, men det blev ikke andet end hårdt arbejde med Rockstar spil. Spild ikke jeres penge på det plat firma.

Ich bin fassungslos darüber, wie Rockstar Games mit seinen treuen Kunden umgeht. Ich habe über die Zeit richtig viel Geld in meinen Account gesteckt, nur um jetzt wie Müll behandelt zu werden.

Die Kurzfassung des Wahnsinns: Mein Konto wurde wegen Hacker-Aktivitäten gesperrt, für die ich nichts konnte. Der Support hat mich dann wochenlang belogen und behauptet, es gäbe gar keine Sperre. Jetzt logge ich mich ein und sehe: Mein Charakter wurde komplett gelöscht. Mein ganzes investiertes Geld und die investierte Zeit? Einfach weg.

Ein "Support", der seinen Namen nicht verdient:
• Im Chat wird man abgewimmelt.
• Per E-Mail bekommt man Standard-Antworten.
• Das Ticket wird sofort geschlossen, damit man bloß nicht antworten kann.

Es ist eine bodenlose Frechheit, erst das Geld der Spieler zu nehmen und dann bei Problemen, die durch mangelnde Sicherheit (Hacker) entstehen, den Support komplett einzustellen und den Fortschritt zu löschen.

Früher war ich Fan, heute sage ich: Kauft hier nichts! Dieses Unternehmen interessiert sich nur für euer Geld, aber null für den Service. Das war mein letztes Spiel von diesem Verein.
