Up & Running Arvostelua

I needed a gait assessment to buy the right trainers. Then, I called and was told to just come in. Jamie was super helpful and nice during the whole assessment. You can tell he actually want to be helpful and not just trying to make a sale. Highly recommended.

Helped and served in the Nottingham store today by Sallyann, she was very helpful and knowledgeable, thank you for your help and advice today.

Helpful staff in the Chester store, ordered online as they didn't have my size in store. They arrived promptly and well packed. I haven't worn them yet so I can't comment on the trainers themselves.

I went to the Chester store today and had a great experience learning about my running gait. Lucy was extremely helpful and informative, and very nice to talk too while trying on different shoes. Would recommend anybody getting into running to get a gait analysis done, it's extremely easy to do and very helpful to know what shoes to get to avoid injury! 5* to Lucy!

What a brilliant shop! Excellent person in shop gave such a helpful guide to the range of stock, enabling me to get a great pair of really comfortable running shoes. Thank you!

First class service. Sally Ann was excellent with her knowledge and advice. Super shop

Mauine was very helpful and kind when helping me pick out the right trainer for my training.

Marine gave my daughter and I wonderful service, and ensured we walked away with the right pair of running shoes for her. She had the right knowledge, she gave my daughter time to try on multiple pairs, and advised us on the kind of shoe she needed. I would highly recommend this Milton Keynes store for expert, friendly advice.

This was my first time purchasing running shoes and the service was excellent. Richard in the Basingstoke branch was very knowledgable and couldn’t have helped any more. Brilliant service, I would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience buying new trainers in Up and Running MK today! Marine was extremely helpful and truly understood what I was looking for and provided top-notch service. She guided me to the perfect pair. Exceptional service—I’ll definitely be back!

I made the effort to get to the Chester up and running shop , because the last timeI went , I had great professional service and this time Sarah was great , very helpful , I didn’t feel pressured at all ,getting a quality pair of running shoes at a great price , so I topped up with some quality socks to go with my new shoes .Also testing the footware out on the tread mill was great too . Much better trying on new footware in store than getting delivered online .

Great selection, lowest price and quick delivery. Support your local running stores!

We travelled to Bristol (from Bridgwater) specifically for a gait analysis, of which Katie was very accommodating and helpful. The information and guidance was brilliant, enabling the purchase of [hopefully] the perfect pair of trainers. One very satisfied customer. Thanks Katie!

Running is NEW to me. Called in on a late afternoon at the Cheltenham store - Pete was great, spent wine with me on the running machine, quickly established my current shoes were not suited for me. Tested a few different models for size, comfort, stability and style.

Left with a smile on my face a new set of runners and a place where I will continue to go for my running bits.

Me & my sister had a lovely experience today getting our gait analysis done. Sally Anne was so friendly and made the whole experience a positive one! She also gave us lots of advice! We would highly recommend up & running Nottingham 5* xx

Great customer service, really knowledgeable, didn’t try and push specific products.
They gave a great range of products too.

Super fast delivery, excellent value for money and the shoes of course were genuine and as expected (ON Cloudmonsters) only slight negative for me was that I ordered 11.5 and they sent a 12 .. but hubby kept them as he said the fit was fine for him.

Update ! So now that 5th star is in place .. not only did the supplier reach out to me …but also turns out hubbys eyesight is worse than mine ! Box did say 12 ( I could see that when wrapping without my glasses one 🤣🤣) but he told me it said that in the shoe too .. turns out when he rechecked they were actually 11.5 after all 🤦‍♀️ so yes 5 stars .. order from here I certainly will be again !

Friendly staff knowledgeable and efficient great product

The most BIZARRE experience of my life. Ordered trainers as I always buy from them. They arrived along with a huge box from the same warehouse. The box had a second hand stinking NINJA air fryer in it. I know you are reading this and thinking he is lying! I have the proof. Just the most bizarre experience of my life - will NEVER order online again - it will always be in store. As for the dirty air-fryer - well its in my garage if you at up and running want to collect!

I visited their Sheffield store in the spring for a new pair of running shoes as I had been suffering from Morton's Neuroma due to ill-fitting shoes. I received some great advice and tried a recommended pair of a brand I had not heard of before (Topo). They were brilliant, and 800 odd km later in August, I bought an identical pair from the U&R website. All thanks to the great advice.
