The most BIZARRE experience of my life
The most BIZARRE experience of my life. Ordered trainers as I always buy from them. They arrived along with a huge box from the same warehouse. The box had a second hand stinking NINJA air fryer in it. I know you are reading this and thinking he is lying! I have the proof. Just the most bizarre experience of my life - will NEVER order online again - it will always be in store. As for the dirty air-fryer - well its in my garage if you at up and running want to collect!

Thank you for your review, but I'm afraid we do not sell air-fryers and our stock comes out of a warehouse that only has in it running equipment, there is no food or food supplies on the premise, therefore the Air-fryer is not to do with Up & Running. We would recommend contacting the courier that dropped it off if you wish to know where it came from. Hope this info helps, if you would like to add anything further to this please do contact customerservices@upandrunning.co.uk directly.
I visited their Sheffield store in the…
I visited their Sheffield store in the spring for a new pair of running shoes as I had been suffering from Morton's Neuroma due to ill-fitting shoes. I received some great advice and tried a recommended pair of a brand I had not heard of before (Topo). They were brilliant, and 800 odd km later in August, I bought an identical pair from the U&R website. All thanks to the great advice.

Great service from Sammy
I can't thank Sammy enough for his patience and professionalism. I had a gait analysis then we discussed the most appropriate trainer for me. Sammy was attentive and provided a selection of shoes and allowed me to try them on the treadmill to ensure they fit well. I was in the shop a little over an hour and I never felt rushed. What a great experience, thank you!

Visited the Sheffield shop and was guided through a road running shoe purchase by the friendly, personable, and highly knowledgeable Amar. I left a very happy customer with a pair of Saucony Endorphin Azura’s. I highly recommend this shop, great experience all round.

Headington (Oxford) Branch - excellent service and personal touches
I would highly recommend the Headington (Oxford) store. Luke looked after my husband and I and he was fantastic. He had wonderful knowledge of all the shoes and knew exactly what we were looking for. Nothing was too much and he made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchases. I loved the attention to detail and personal experience. Thank you so much Luke!
