Up & Running Arvostelua

Made to feel really welcome and got talked through so manny different trainers by sally ann spent a good hour with me until we found the right pair really good service and definitely recommend

Really impressed with the service. I was looking for trainers for walking exercise. The guy who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about the various brands. He wasn't at all pushy and took time to help me make an informed choice. Great service, great selection and I have no hesitation recommending the shop.

I would highly recommend. Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable, I had a gait analysis, and Ashley picked out a great range of shoes for my needs. He was very patient as I asked questions and tried on all the shoes to make sure I chose the right shoe for me. Also, Max (I think) was there to assist who was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend visiting Up and Running rather than just ordering running shoes online from a retailer who doesn’t have the expertise or understand your needs, which I used to. Thanks Ashley!

I ordered two pairs of running shoes, both pairs were delivered promptly and at a great, reduced price.

I had to return one pair, due to being too small. I received my refund within a short time, without any issues.
I will be back soon for my next pair, Thank you for great service.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Whenever I need new running gear they are quick to advise and help out. If you are new to running and need a steer in the right direction about shoes or clothing I would highly recommend them.

Staff was very helpful, especially Ben who oversaw my gait analysis, he was very helpful and knew his stuff!

Second pair of trainers I’ve now bought from Up & Running. Awesome service / products both times.
Buying training for running you can’t just jump online. You need to try them on, have a run (they have a trend mill in store) and get expert advice. You get all this from Up & Running and would throughly recommend them. Support local shops and head on down if you need a new pair (remember you should replace running trainers every 500 miles….which I forgot).

I'm new to running and wanted to get my first pair of proper trainers. I really didn't know where to start but the staff at Nottingham were friendly and really helpful. Henry did my gait analysis and helped me choose my shoes and was never pushy or condescending. I would definitely recommend them!

5 stars doesnt justify it really. Mark was probably the best shop assistant i’ve met in my life, not only just in the shoe biz. Was really knowledgeable & friendly, helped me find the perfect shoe, gave amazing recommendations and generally just a good chat! Spent my best time at a shop in a long time. Got to know his story too. Mark you’re the GOAT!! Keep doing what you’re doing… i went for his “wildcard” in the end.

Great advice from staff (Simon)as usual about running shoes, having been using my carbon plated for all running, not advisable 😁, came away with a pair of Puma Deviate pure nitro, which should give me over 600 miles of base running.
Third pair of running shoes bought from Darlington shop and will continue to be my go to👍

Aaron was great and had the best recommendations. Great customer service.

Yvette and Thomas looked after me so well making sure I purchased the correct running shoes for my feet, gait and running style.
I was in the Bristol shop for 1.5 hours and I tried on at least a dozen pairs of shoes.
They were so helpful, absolutely amazing. I have recommended them to all my friends and I will definitely return.

I needed a gait assessment to buy the right trainers. Then, I called and was told to just come in. Jamie was super helpful and nice during the whole assessment. You can tell he actually want to be helpful and not just trying to make a sale. Highly recommended.

Helped and served in the Nottingham store today by Sallyann, she was very helpful and knowledgeable, thank you for your help and advice today.

Helpful staff in the Chester store, ordered online as they didn't have my size in store. They arrived promptly and well packed. I haven't worn them yet so I can't comment on the trainers themselves.

I went to the Chester store today and had a great experience learning about my running gait. Lucy was extremely helpful and informative, and very nice to talk too while trying on different shoes. Would recommend anybody getting into running to get a gait analysis done, it's extremely easy to do and very helpful to know what shoes to get to avoid injury! 5* to Lucy!

What a brilliant shop! Excellent person in shop gave such a helpful guide to the range of stock, enabling me to get a great pair of really comfortable running shoes. Thank you!

First class service. Sally Ann was excellent with her knowledge and advice. Super shop

Mauine was very helpful and kind when helping me pick out the right trainer for my training.

Marine gave my daughter and I wonderful service, and ensured we walked away with the right pair of running shoes for her. She had the right knowledge, she gave my daughter time to try on multiple pairs, and advised us on the kind of shoe she needed. I would highly recommend this Milton Keynes store for expert, friendly advice.
