They stated that they sent me a letter, which I never received, and they clearly have no proof of this claim. I tried to sort the matter out fairly but they ignored several emails from me. I was compelled to pay BW Legal more than the original parking charge, despite the fact that I would have willingly paid if I had been informed about it. This company is deplorable. As an individual with a disability, I found the entire situation to be extremely distressing. It is unacceptable for them to treat individuals in this manner, and based on the reviews, it is evident that this is not an isolated incident. Hopefully the company gets shut down soon before it scams any more people.

One tyre on white line... Said they had written to me already, no letter received, surely something can be done to stop this company? If people park badly or take advantage of the parking rights then fair enough, but one tyre on a white line, really! If I had the time I would definitely fight it...

I received a parking fine for overstaying on private land by 3 minutes, which I accept is my fault. However, the company sent me a letter, doubling the fine amount, without ever sending the first letter that requested payment for the initial fine. I have appealed this situation, but they are ignoring my appeal. It's frustrating to deal with what feels like a scam.

It should be zero stars. Fake appeals email address. Definitely needs investigating by parking ombudsman or someone. The thing is in this country who ever the government. They don’t give a shit. This company is set up solely to catch you out for genuine parking mistake and fleece you.
There is absolutely no way of getting in contact with with them.

Scammers. Keep all paperwork, but ignore everything unless you get actual court papers. If you do, go to FTLA (dot) uk and you will get advice on how to make them drop the case.

I used Just Park to park in Brighton Square car park, which I have successfully done before. I paid for parking for a total of 7 hours 30 mins (enter time 15.30, exit time 23.00). I actually entered the car park at 15.45 & exited at 22.07, well within the permitted time. UKCPM issued a fine stating I had not paid which went to my car lease company and I was charged by them for administration. I appealed to UKCPM as had proof I had paid, but like others received an automatic rejection. I attempted to use the Independent Appeal service, however their online tool advised me that I couldn't due to being out of the 21 day window (which is incorrect).
I contacted the IAS & they advised that UKCPM upload the information to their system to give me option/permission to use their service & so to go back to UKCPM. That in itself is impossible as you can't phone and you can't email, so I ended up sending a letter recorded delivery (yet more cost to me).
Despite providing full evidence again that I had paid, UKCPM did not overturn the appeal, but did correct the IAS information to allow me to appeal.
IAS have upheld my appeal, confirming UKCPM will no longer be pursuing the fine.
UKCPM just hope people will give up as it is stressful and time consuming trying to battle a company who you can't communicate with. I am going to escalate this to Watch Dog & Martin Lewis. This company cannot continue robbing innocent people.

The most horrific parking enforcement company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Staff are incompetent and rude. If you manage to get hold of them on the phone they will lie to you. Any appeal is a generic refusal reply. We have had a permit for a resident bay yet we are still ticketed multiple times. Now we have changed our car and we have given them all the information the have asked for on multiple occasions yet they still refuse to give us a resident's permit, which we are entitled too. I'm looking forward to any court action they decide to take as I have a huge amount of evidence to show them how wrong they are. I will not state the evidence I have on the review as I would like it to be a nice suprise for them. Any company that uses CPM as their parking solution will only make you look bad.

Predatory practice.

CPM have given me multiple fines whilst I was in the process of emailing them and sippi (who run the e-permit) requesting that I need assistance with applying for a permit, they had my evidence of address and registration yet they continued to fine me for breach of a 'contract' that I did not read or sign.

This is worst company a person can work. No values and no proper communication.

I was working on a job where the property owner advised me to park in their designated space outside. No ticket was placed on my vehicle, so I had no reason to believe there was an issue. The next day, I returned to the same spot—again, no ticket on the van.

To my surprise, I later received two fines in the mail. I appealed, hoping for a fair review of the circumstances, but I got what felt like a generic, copy-paste response. It didn’t seem like they even read my appeal properly.

If a ticket had been placed on my car initially, I would have known not to park there the following day. It feels like their system is designed to penalise honest mistakes to maximise revenue. There was no compassion or understanding—just focusing on squeezing as much money as possible from hardworking people trying to make an honest living. Very disappointing.

Receive 2 tickets at one time, after 9 days of the first incident.

Would have avoid the second one if I get the first ticket way earlier.

Feel like they just try to take more of your money.

I deliver food for big american co. Deliver to many places in hants including private apartments. No sign on the wall re parking. Done it loads of times came back to an extremely cocky security guard. Said no parking I said where’s it say that. He took me to as sign 100 yards away saying you have 30 minutes in designated parking space which is not painted on the ground. I spotted another identical signal most opposite where I had parked so I said I can park there. He said no. I truly did not understand as both signs identical. He rudely turned round saying ‘you’ll understand when you get the ticket !’ I’ve just paid the reduced fine and now going to my MP to hopefully take action.

Totally a scam co. You can park under this sign but not under this identical sign !

This company "runs" the parking spaces for my residential block of apartments. Since last July i've called them repeatedly trying to get a residents permit sorted. STILL not received it. They sent me a PCN (managed to find my address for that but couldnt manage to send a permit out) - which is for the building that has rights to the parking spaces - but still denied the appeal.. Can't ring them, cant email them, and their contact details have been removed from their website.. the ONLY option you get is to pay. Absolute shambles. How are these companies allowed to exist?

Received many tickets due to vpm although was told by cpm official management that was all good to park. Was told not to pay by their own employees telling me that they are thieves. Yet was parked in areas where was legit yet was issued tickets and now waiting debt collectors and waiting for my day in court. I am a resident how are you making out lives easier they are bullies and have no interest in helping just robbing the young disable old and vulnerable. Let all get together and make practice to make it fair. They control all laws where it will make it impossible for me to get my point. You can see the experience of all reviews. All the best. I parked in a local car park..the 1st space in the row. The car parked next to me was on the white line. I've received a £100 - £60 if paid promptly, for not parking within the lines?????He was parked over not me...plus the signs are about 10ft up a lamp post..so not obvious. I obstructed nobody..l was a danger to nobody. Plus the photo...widened out..my cars not 8ft wide...who took it? Another car driver on commission? I work for the emergency services...l do know what bad parking is thanks!

Received £200 worth of parking charges for parking for a job interview in a Visitors bay which I was directed to park within.

another pcn rescinded by cpm, as soon as they have someone who knows enough they back down. they of course rejected the internal appeal, hoping id pay but i simply took it to the IAS and they backed down straight away!!!!
i even told them that the officer needs further training!

This company fraudulently took money out of my account then 15 minutes later another similar company tried taking more.

I've never dealt with them so they didn't have my details so this company must be running a major scam.
