Ambiguous signage.Appeals process is online and completely inaccessible, communications ignored until after you pay under time pressure (which of course implies liability) and no indication that any communications have been read or considered within the time frame.
Beware parking on any of the sites managed by this company and be careful of the terms and conditions .
It is worth trying to appeal should you receive a PCN,be persistent.

We pulled into a car park in bletchley just to turn the car around save driving the whole stretch of road. We weren't even parked, we had to stop at the side to allow a lorry enough space to pull out and these criminals gave us a parking fine for £100. We weren't even in the car park for 3 minutes! 2 minutes 51 seconds it stated on there notice. We appealed it obviously but like everyone else here we are being forced to pay it, after they 'carefully considered' they didn't carefully consider anything apart from the pound signs lit up in there eyes. Absolute madness, if it goes to court who will be laughed at me or them ?

in 2023 I got a PCN 3 days in a week for not having a parking permit displayed on the windscreen of my Vespa. Said Vespa of course does not have a winscreen and was parked in my parking space behind my car, which had a valid windscreen.
I wrote to UKCM, who said I have to pay. I wrote to the arbitrator who said I had to pay. Finally the landlord of the building told them to cancel the ticket. In the past two months I got two letters from 2 different legal firms demanding I pay the 2023 PCNs.

I think I just have to go to court with all the documents and charge them for wasting my time

Even This company does not respect Disable people even the officer of this company does not care of the drag dealers vehicle where they parked, Double Standard and double face employee and rules for disable people but not for drag dealer because of officer knew the drag dealer. I saw and I am witness that. also Contact number not working, email no reply email. Absolutely bull shit

This company seems like a HUGE scam! They have posted the ticket to our home address leave 2 days of the 14 days remaining to pay the parking fine. So after being away and returning to find the letter, it had already risen to the FULL AMOUNT!

I have tried to contact them via email and phone to order a parking permit, and the 0345 number rings and cuts out. No one responds to the emails. such a flipping joke!
No way to contact them!

This company is a thief and they should be ashamed of their actions. They steal the poor man, hard working labor and fill their own pockets.
They issued me 3 tickets wrongfully. I'm an amazon delivery driver working.
I decided not to pay and go to court but they never wanted court instead they waited for whole year to increase the price to £550 and then i decided to pay.
Should have given 0 star if there's an option.
Please dont ever use these clowns.

This company are disgusting and nothing more than daylight robbers & they don't even bother to wear masks, as they seem proud of what they do as they know they can get away with it. I drove my Autistic Grandson home as he had had a complete meltdown and was was not in a very good place, he went into his house and then his Mum came out to talk with me about him as we were deeply concerned of his well being. I did not get out of the care and we were talking for 21min. I then received a penalty notice which I appealed but to my surprise they refused the appeal & informed me the appeal was issued correctly I then contacted the housing Ass. who owns the land & they said they cannot intervene with the penalty that was issued even though I explained the situation & that my Grandson lives on the estate but no consideration was given and I was then ignored with my further emails. The CPM signs on the estate are located at least 12ft up the lampposts and are no way readable so that way no one can actually read the rules & regs. Personally I think these thieving company's work along the side of Rachel Reeves at the Den of thieves at No.10.

This company is simply a fraudster disguised as a legitimate company. Its practices are simply morally corrupt, attempting to drain as much money from you as possible, even at the smallest occurrence, and blatantly denies legitimate appeals. Anyone who sees this company should immediately turn away and find a different location for their parking, as even if you do purchase parking, this company will still find a way to milk more money out of your pockets

The estate where I live clearly states that there is no parking restrictions after Friday 17.00pm until Monday 09.00am and issued letters to all residents stating this but CPM seems to ignore this making up their own rules as they seem fit even when presented with the proof of the letter this is a totally scam company, I won my first appeal for the same issue so when they issued a second fine I sent them the same letter stating the facts only for them to say I lost the appeal, talk about double standards total joke they need to be looked into as they are only after your money

I was taught that "if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all". So that's all I'm saying about these folks.

February 12th I received a penalty fine for using the car park at Crystal Place Park. I paid for parking via the Sippi App. Despite providing evidence, I lost my appeal and was forced to pay £100. Today I received a letter from ZZPS debt agency. UK Car Park Management claimed that on February 19th I left Crystal Palace park at 5.17pm. My Sippi App shows that I left at 4.52pm. As this went straight to a debt agency there was no means of appeal or redress. I paid the fine of £160 due to the threatening tone of ZPPS (court orders etc...) In total, I have paid this company £260 despite paying for parking and visiting Crystal Palace Park for peace and tranquility. I think the company's conduct is immoral. I also believe they work closely and financially with ZZPS. I have reported this financial abuse to Crystal Palace Park Trust and will report the company to my local MP. I have no doubt there are many others victims.

Was issued £25 parking penalty at St Mary's Hospital Portsmouth despite paying the correct fee upon leaving through the on site machine in accordance with signage on site. I appealed the penalty and provided photographic evidence of fee payment yet appeal denied with no valid explanation as to why my evidence was rejected. Absolute bunch of shysters!

Now have a follow up appointment at same site in a couple of weeks - which I'm dreading! NHS staff have advised that the car park is open to all visitors who pay, i.e., no sections are "staff only" parking and neither do vehicle numberplate have to be registered as claimed on CPM's parking penalty ticket. THIS COMPANY IS COMMITING FRAUD!

whilst delivering urgent transplant items from the blood bank i recieved a ticket, although there was no ticket on my vehicle when i returned to it. in my window was a notice stating i was a courier delivering urgent medical items . there was no where to park nearer to the hospital. are these clowns expecting couriers to park outside the hospital and walk across the grounds with transplant items in a box?? i appealed the ticket to be told nah you gotta pay your fine.
what is it about these job worth idiots who dont understand that when it is proven you are deliveryin medical goods for transplant from the blood bank and you still fine them thats a crap move.
lets hope employees of car park management who make these idiotic decisions dont get sick and need urgent transplant items that has to get transported from a walking courier across hospital grounds !!

They are very dodgy. Always looking for your money, even if you provide a valid reason. Money grabbers.

Cowboys operating illegally. They refuse every legitimate appeal. None of their Directors must have a conscience to run a "business" like this.

Very poor customer service, with clear communication channels, costly and very slow phone call system

Got two tickets of 100 GBP each because in their opinion I did not "display a valid permit" but I had booked via the app "justpark" and 1) I was never informed of such permits and 2) never received one to possibly print and display. Unlawfull behaviour and the CPM refuses to talk to me since I am not the legal owner of the the car (was hired from Europcar) but the app was very happy to receive my credit card details

Did not receive a first letter. Went to pay after receiving the second letter said parking charge number doesn't exist. Tried to get through on the phone after their letter asking for £170. NO answer. A total scam.

Upon returning home, I discovered another vehicle occupying my designated parking space. I documented this by taking a photograph and believe that if CPM reviews their records, they will find a ticket issued to that vehicle. Given the circumstances, it seemed unreasonable to wait indefinitely for the space to become available. Consequently, I parked in an alternative spot (not assigned to any resident - to avoid taking up someone else’s space) and displayed my permit

Subsequently, I received a parking fine, which I have appealed. Shockingly, this appeal was rejected.

Disgusting company.
