Parked in one of their car parks, walked to the machine and got a ticket. Displayed correctly in the car but still get a fine as it took 5 minutes from arriving to buying the ticket. Will see them in court as they cannot enforce that.

CPM manages the communal parking spaces in my block of flats. An abandoned vehicle has been occupying my spot for weeks and they won’t do anything – as an employee I spoke with said “our only purpose is to fine vehicles and collect monies”.
As my parking spot is obstructed, I am forced to park my car elsewhere and CPM fined me twice for it.
Their new SIPPI parking system is equally a scam and nobody from their client services would even reply mails.
They are crooks and leeches and they provide no service and support whatsoever.

One star is too much for these crooks! My husband and I dropped my elderly mum home who lives in a private block. As @Southernhousing have imposed a STUPID way of parking in the visitors bays. You have to have an app @Sippi which NEVER works! We tried to book a parking place as I needed to help my mum up the stairs as the lift was out. We didn’t even turn the engine off, but yet they have still fined us. REGARDLESS of me explaining to them. YET both @Southernhousing AND this cowboy company have let a van that has parked for over 2 YEARS park who DOESN’T even live there AND has parked ILLEGALLY, yet they have done NOTHING to him! Even though it has been reported MANY times AND to the police as he and his dogs are also a danger and have attacked people!

We live in a private estate area. CPM have been hired by our previous Maintenance company (Now owned by another maintenance company). We have a fully bought house so no mortgage, no rent, we fully own the house and on the deeds of our house say we own 1 of the parking spaces in front of house. Anyways we bought a new car that’s been in a space since March. Unfortunately the badge slipped from the windscreen and now we’ve received a £60 fine from CPM. Despite our neighbours pointing out that to the parking attendant that the space belongs to us, they still pursued in giving us a fine. We’ve lived here for 3 & half years now. That space is the same as having a drive & garage for us. That space is on our deeds for the house so it is our full property. We are not renting or have 1 of the council flats and the space is right in front of house. Anyways we’ve tried to appeal and CPM have not accepted. Even our new Maintenance company have tried contacting them on our behalf as they are in full agreement with us that we should NOT pay that fine. This is basically the equivalent of them going to fine someone parked in their own driveway. Unfortunately they just can’t get hold of them and we’ve had no choice but to pay because of the deadline where the fine goes up. The maintenance company have apologised and found it very insulting behaviour of CPM. The only relief is that they have said they will NOT renew their contract with CPM after their Disgusting, disgraceful actions!!!! Plus the fact that they can’t even get hold of them. Unfortunately this CPM are no better than a bunch of scammers and money grabbers, especially when the company who has employed them can’t even get hold of them and totally disagrees with their actions. All I can say is you have to be very careful with them

After you exit either ASDA car parking Dunstable or the quadrant car park both of which are equipped with cameras to time entry and exit. After exeting either car park you then are on a public road the one which the Old Dunstable library was once situated.
UK car park management limited believe they own the road after exiting Asda car park exit the one situated near the quadrant exit car park which is the broad walk.

UK car park management ltd wrote me a letter informing me they owned the road even though the council stated the road belonged to them. In addition to this UK car park management limited stated there was signs all along the broadwalk stating the land was private and there is not one sign, yes one sign there is not one sign. The only signs which exist is if you park in the quadrant car park.
Today issued me with a PCN and completely lied.
They seem to be quite incompetent because they believe if you pay a PCN you are admitting liability which is understandable but however when I presented them with photographic evidence and proof that the PCN issued was not valid, neither were there comments about signage or private land were also not valid. So they lied three times to convince me to pay a PCN which was not valid and refuse to communicate any further on the matter. I am in the process of recovering my money and would advise anyone who uses the quadrant car park b mindful of such a scandalous so-called parking management company. Just to qualify what I'm saying I ran my own company in enforcement and studied many road traffic acts legislation and enforcement therefore they are a bunch of untruthful individuals and unscrupulous, so please be aware if you are issued a ticket by this company.

They keep taking the stickers off of the ANPR camera at Wey Corner in Guildford. They know they have no legal basis to harass and extort residents who own the exclusive rights to park in their spaces.

Their bloke who comes to remove the stickers looks like a Poundland Post Malone.

Anyways the Wey Corner Bandit strikes again!

Seriously though, this game will continue until CPM stop fraudulently misrepresenting their rights to resident owned property.

I have received two tickets in my parking bay outside my house, the wrong street name on the penalty notice, I appealed the first ticket and the appeal was refused, I apealed the second penalty notice and awaiting a reply.

I parked in a bay - had to park over to one side as far as possible so car next to me didnt dent my door when they got in - But the angle looks like i have just touched into a disabled bay. Disabled bay really wide and still very easy to park in but this company wont listen so have had to pay the fine before it goes up. Not acceptable how they have issued this and i dont have the time to fight it,

They have been pestering me about a parking fine in July when I purchased the car in October! I live overseas just happened to get all the correspondence today on a visit. Since acquiring the car it has been shipped overseas. Should they not check the ownership at the time of the alleged offence. Rather than target someone who knows nothing about it. The government continues to licence scumbags. No contact number & can’t appeal as it’s months later & time barred.

UKCarParkManagement stated the signs are clear. They are Not clear at all. There was no signage as I drove into the estate & no painting on the road.
UKCarParkManagement also referred me to a debt recovery company, that company has sent me an unpleasant letter. I had to have an over 30 minute phone call to the debt recovery company. That company then told me that UKCarParkManagement had since asked them not to take action against me (because the incompetent UKCarParkManagement mistakenly made a referral while we were still in the appeal/adjudication process).
The incompetence on UKCarParkManagement’s part was very stressful to me.
Daylight robbery springs to mind.

5 years ago they trumped a totally false FPN. They actually falsified the evidence. It took me 5 years to prove my case, 3 court visits and eventually I started a legal action against them. They settled out of court, presumably the prospect of going back to court frightening the life out of them. Perjury is a serious matter
DO NOT allow these fraudsters to intimidate you. They are the lowest of the low. They claim to have many many clients. They are SCUMBAGS

I received a PCN today for 8/11/24. They have issued this charge erroneously. Firstly I was never parked there to begin with. The newly installed ANPR camera has captured pictures for entry and exit, they are extremely dark. But the notice states that I was there for almost 7 hours. This is incorrect and fabricated. Either there is an error with the camera or this is a deliberate attempt at deception. The entry picture is pitch black as is the exit, but sunset on the day in question had not yet occurred. It would have been still light outside. Secondly, the amount of hours stated is also falsified. I live across the road from where I got the ticket from and everyone who lives in the area knows not to park there because of this. What has happened is that I have driven in to do a U-turn safely and that’s how the picture has been taken. This is deplorable and I will be appealing and contacting the BPA about this. I have also contacted iPhone and my telephone carrier to obtain timed stamps of call logs and locations on this date for the times stated and will also be finding video footage of when and at what times my car was parked at my aunts house 4.6 miles away. I will not pay for the ticket unless they show me a full video of when I entered and exited the said area. They won’t be able to because it doesn’t exist because this never happened. How 3 seconds can be turned to almost 7 hours is just beyond me. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. I’m so disgusted and I’m so angry.

Fair play and credit when credit is due. I appreciate you giving me an opportunity to discuss my PCN. I also appreciate that I made a simple error and I am grateful you gave me the chance to discuss this and helped me.

I think moving forward it may help to provide customers with numbers/email so they can have a chance too.

Issued me a parking fine which i appealed and was denied.
I later found out that the camera they used to issue the ticket was faulty and issuing tickets in error. They knew this when the ticket was issued.

Finally managed to get the ticket cancelled when other agencies got involved.

Nothing but legalised piracy.

I work for the nhs, I was visiting a patient and have an on call notice displayed on my dashboard I also have a council permit. I was issued a fine. I appealed and received an email advising it could take up to 28 days and I should not contact them before the 28 days was up. On day 29 I sent an email via the contact page. I had checked everyday to see whether my appeal had been updated but the system continued to say it was pending. I then received an email advising they would look into my query and 2 days later another email that stated I had been sent an email on the 17th October I did not receive this email. Unbeknownst to me the letter stated the fine would be reduced if I paid by the 31st October. Considering the process meant I was not supposed to contact them until the 1st November I had missed the date to pay by. The fine has now increased to £100. I have sent numerous emails and tried to call without a response. My anxiety is through the roof.
I was just doing my job trying to support a vulnerable family and now the financial impact of the fine is huge on myself and my family. I just don’t understand a system that fines a frontline nhs worker but then sets up the system to generate more money.
I just want someone to respond to my 3 emails I have sent yesterday and today. The contact number doesn’t let you speak to anyone. I’m so frustrated by all of this. I just want to pay the amount stated in the letter they say they sent me on the 17th which I did not receive.

Sent me a parking charge notice for a vehicle with a similar registration to mine. The photo quite clearly showed the registration so why not send it to the correct registration owner? I had to waste my time appealing when they are clearly completely inept. They should have their license revoked!!

This Cowboy Company needs to be shut down immediately, they are issuing tickets for your own parking spaces. Report to the MP and local news paper. What Government they do this company stealing poor people money.

Anyone who uses this parking company is with the intention of extorting money out of people.
It's utterly disgusting!
Parked in Canterbury. 3 parking bays available. App would not download so I called the number and tried to book the parking. This took 3 attempts and then was told the parking was not available for the time. Went to move my car to another parking lot. In this 10 to 15 min someone warned hiding in the shadows took a picture of my car. Did not receive the first PCN letter. Received the final notice but was away for 2 weeks and missed the appeal cut off. No one to talk to. No human Helpdesk. Handed over to a Debt Recover Agent who aid an abet in this racketeering. Bowmark Capital is a private equity investment company that owns CPM. I will boycott everything you.

I'm a uni student who lives off campus. I parked at the uni car park for a lecture, paid for my ticket and yet I received a fine. I even went to ask reception to make sure I could and they told me students and staff are able to park for a discounted £2. At the machine it allowed me to pay and having already applied for a permit I assumed I could park. They did not reinstate my appeal because I didn't have a permit. They make it impossible for you to contact them and it took 3 weeks for them to reply to me. The reply was an automated message too. They haven't given the money I paid for my ticket back either. I don't understand why unis employ such fraudulent companies.

I wish there was a ZERO star option! Final penalty notice for a fine a never received in the first instance, time on the supposed time of the offence completely off. I have been trying nevertheless to pay it online (it doesn't work!) and on the phone (and it doesn't work!).
I called customer service and was on hold for ages, they could not assist as had not visibility of offences. I wonder what else are they there for? I have been given and email address to write to and they "should" be able to help. I am not holding my breath but in the meantime I really don't know what to do...
