Totally uncontactable on their email…
Totally uncontactable on their email address and the phone line you get a person that keeps repeating you must do your appeals online not helpful at all
Mindless, no integrity or customer care
Zero star not 1 star
Its a company, a service with no integrity only greed to issue fines.
I had parked and with a ticket, by mistake parked in a different bay.
I appealed, instead of accounting a genuine mistakes and allowing leniency, they upheld the fine. People who work hard are provided service by car park companies like these. £60 is my part time wage. This was in hounslow visa office car park.
Check you can pay before entering this car park
Only two ways to pay: an app, which wouldn't download due to very poor signal, and a phone line, which failed to process my parking time on two separate calls. Unable to pay, I left after 12 minutes without parking, and still received a parking charge. My appeal was rejected despite evidence of both call attempts. I'd recommend checking you can actually pay before entering.
Not my car - I still have to use their appeal process
I received a spurious Parking Charge Notice which turned out to be for another car ( NOT MY CAR )
Their own photographic evidence plainly shows a different car. Different registration and colour from mine.
Trying to contact CPM is a nightmare. I eventually got through -- explained -- person acknowledged the mistake, apologised, but then told me I need to go through their appeals process? Round and round.
CPM appeals letter on their website - £7.99.
Turns out the only thing their website is good for or lets you do is to PAY the fine. No online appeals process (that I can find)
Awful company..
Awful company... sent a parking fine due to error wasn't my car the ticket man must have input the registration number incorrectly and no one checks before sending letters
Tried to do an appeal online three times but have no confirmation it's gone through.. the website is very poor and just goes back to the original form as if you haven't filled it one after pressing submit?
There are no ways to talk to a human and the two complaint email addresses listed bounce back
Sent a threatening letter now to say it's going to be passed for legal action.. a lot of wasted time and worry due to their mistake!!!
Have found the directors email address but had no reply from him either.
Exploiting residents in their own spaces via poor practices and sham appeals
UK CPM is a prime example of everything wrong with the UK private parking sector. They issue £100 PCNs to legitimate residents parking in their own designated, allocated spaces over e-permit digital transition delays completely ignoring proof of residency and land entitlement.
Their internal appeals process is a sham that systematically rejects valid resident challenges, while their "stealth wardens" log photos digitally without leaving physical notices so fines stack up silently. When challenged via property managing agents, CPM falsely claims their hands are tied by the IAS, despite IAS rules clearly stating operators can withdraw tickets at any time.
Landlords and property managers must avoid this operator at all cost. they penalise the very residents they are hired to protect and create endless friction on housing developments.
MPs and regulators must urgently investigate the structural wrongdoings of these private parking companies and their so-called "independent" adjudicator partners (IAS), who operate as operator-funded rubber stamps rather than fair arbiters.
If I could issue 0 stars I would
If I could issue 0 stars I would, this company should be shut down, received a PCN through the post 14 days after it was issued, so they are clearly sending them out late to try catch people out and get more money from them, no real way to contact them, everything is with a automated message, whoever runs this company should be very ashamed of themselves, absolute scum
Scammers
Scammers, I didn't even enter their carpark and managed to get a fine, purposely bad camera placement which will catch your number plate on public land, Round of a applause for the sharpest company in a circle. Wouldn't recommend to any private land owners, they will only cause you more issues.
Scammers and fraudsters
I got a ticket in Snowhill retail park Wakefield from some undercover guy with his camera, no ticket just sent through post and it came late so my fine was £100 , paid it cos I can’t be arsed to mess about wasting my breath when they don’t give a damn except for your money but I hope they get a massive fine eventually and I shall be there to look for the guy and sit by him warning everybody else there to deprive him of tickets, absolute scam company…. Ukcarparkmanagement you are a disgrace…..
They reject valid appeals just hoping that people will pay something
I went to a local leisure centre (gym, pool, and spa) as a legitimate guest with an official 3-day invitation pass. Nobody told me that I needed to register my car number at the reception, so this company sent me a parking charge.
This situation has caused me a lot of stress over the last few days. I sent them an appeal with clear proof of my invitation, but they rejected it. Their reason for rejection is completely absurd. The leisure centre's official website says that full members can cancel their tickets after getting them. As an invited guest with a valid pass, my right to park there was exactly the same as a member's right.
UK CPM completely ignored the facts just to take money from an honest visitor. They reject honest appeals because they want people to get tired and pay their "reduced" fee. They do not care about customer justice. They deserve 0 stars but unfortunately 1star is minimum here.
After my number plate was cloned
After my number plate was cloned, I received and immediately appealed two parking fines by providing:
- the police crime reference number
- photographic evidence
- tracker logs proving my car wasn't there
- a parking permit for where the car was parked
Once submitted on the online portal, there is no confirmation that the appeal is received, but I noted the dates and times.
I received a second demand for the fines, and immediately submitted all the evidence a second time for both fines.
However, the multiple appeals to UK Car Park Management (even with a crime reference number) were ignored, and I then received two letters from Debt Recovery Plus about the unpaid parking fines.
Their website and letters state that 'we can't change what you owe' and that it's too late for an appeal, so I felt pretty angry.
I only called Debt Recovery Plus to have a log of the call for when this inevitably ended up in court. Because I wasn't going to pay fines I had not incurred.
However, the call was answered by Karen M, who was empathetic and swiftly resolved the matter. She also highlighted the importance of reporting cloned plates to the police and getting a crime reference number.
So, if, like me, you're discovering that UK Car Park Management deserves its 1* on Trustpilot and have received letters from Debt Recovery Plus for cloned number plate fines, call them. They know how to treat humans with kindness and sensibility.
Absolute toilet of a company
Absolute toilet of a company. £100 parking fine issued when plugged in and paying for EV charging for just over an hour.
They want to take your money
They fine you if you don't display your ticket, even if you have a valid ticket and you can prove it. There is no option of permanently registering your permit with them.
In other words: they create an extra task for you to do (display permit every time you park up) in order to be able to take your hard-earned money from you if you're too tired or distracted to remember to do it.
Please avoid like the plague. They've damaged my mental health and I hope they all receive as they deserve.
PCN at Findley Road Retail Park, Kings Heath, Birmingham, B14.
PCN at Findley Road Retail Park, Kings Heath, Birmingham, UK.
Date of parking offence (parked on a yellow box junction box outside Toolstation). This is used for deliveries, there was no parking available on that Sunday 24th July 2026 and I had to park in that area for 15mins whilst inside Toolstation.
Date on PCN letter was 28th July and ironically the letter was posted by Royal Mail (CCTV footage on Home Camera system) on 11th August 2026.
Therefore, the 14th day from the date on PCN would have been 11/08/2026 23:59 (this meant I would have to pay the reduced rate at £60). Around, 23:30-23:50 I attempted to pay twice using paypal & and a debit card and on both occasions there website failed to complete payment.
I attempted again to pay at 00:03am on 12/08/2026 and payment had changed to £100.
AT THIS POINT I WAS ABLE TO DETERMINE THE PCN WAS DELIBERATLY POSTED SO I WOULD RECIEVE IT ON THE EXACT 14th DAY!
I appealed via there online system 12/08/26 02:10am.
Also, I re-visited the parking location the next day, there notice did say no parking on 'any yellow lines', (theoretically, my interpretation means, double yellow lines and yellow box junctions) - they have covered themselves very cleverly,
I did not appreciate that once you have appealed - you would recieve a decision by 28days - but having read many reviews that UK CPM do not respond within the specified duration you are highly likely to incur increased charges.
With my appeal - I was asking why the letter was recieved on the 14th day - as this was not suffiecient time given to pay the reduced rate of £60. I sent all photographic/cctv footage at my home location to prove the letter was posted on 11th August 2026.
I decided to pay £100 on 23/08/2026 20:16 - So I would not have to pay any increased charge, if UK CPN responded after 28days.
Amazingly, I get acknowledge email 24th August to say payment has been receieved and another email 27th August to state Appeal has been rejected as I breached the advertised T&Cs displayed at their Car Park (and I dont dispute this) BUT they failed to acknowledge why the PCN letter was delivered to me on the exact 14th Day - knowing it does not give the recipient enough time to pay the reduced fine at £60.
I have then tried to appeal THEIPC and guess what it does not work. A website comes up but when you are re-directed to make an appeal against UK CPM, this regulatory body THEIPC does not assist in any way.
They have frauded me deliberatley an extra £40.
It is a bitter pill to swallow but I hope down the line, the owners of UK CPM can suffer and lose £4M.
I have also spoken to Toolstation to put a big sign on their FRONT ENTRANCE DOORS to warn other customers - this advice was taken lightly, I have seen many vehicles parked in that box junction - I can imagine UK CPN is making a nice tidy profit.
Final Note: the PCN Letter had no "stamp date" to determine when it was recieved by Royal Mail (yet it was delivered by RMail). There was a unique ref number stamped in the corner, ChatGPT stated that a "3rd party organisation is used for courier service" - but you are unable to determine any traceability of when that PCN letter was released by UK CPM.
They refused to mention the reason of being sent a delayed letter but thanked me for my £100.
Our whole system unfortunately is corrupt, sadly the the hardworking 40-60hour working week man/woman really gets shafted.
This entire process has made me extremely vigilant about these privately owned car park lands.
I acknowledge errors/mistakes happen and wish I had not parked in the yellow box junction, sometimes when travelling to new cities or unfamiliar areas you may contravene road signs, but the local councils are good and you will recieve their PCN in a timely fashion.
UK CPN needs to be seriously investigated for their deliberate poor communication in sending out PCNs.
Taking money from a single parent of disabled children who had no choice but to move!!
I was urgently rehoused after Hyde housing made my family sick (another crap company) I have a disabled child and needed assistance with moving. I was told Friday evening that I was moving Monday morning, so no way to sort a permit.
I gave all the evidence and still they refused the appeal.
My friend got worried about the ticket, so I had no choice to but to pay it. They dont care about anything else but money! BIGGEST SCAMMERS ON THE PLANET. Its only a matter of time before they are investigated.

1 star only because I can’t leave 0. Received a penalty notice for driving into an EV station to assist a disabled relative set up her car to charge (a paying customer!) for a total of 15 minutes and left. Explained this with evidence and receipts and appeal swiftly denied. Absolute exploitation scum
This is a disgusting company
This is a disgusting company. They have given me 2 tickets recently on the estate I live on at 1am in morning. When I have tried to call them, I remain at no.3 in the call queue no matter how long I stay on the line. Longest time being 40 minutes. Also, the 'appeals' email address they supply on their parking fine is 'fake and just bounces back. How are they even allowed to operate at hospitals and private residences? No idea...
