I am disappointed with the service I received and would like to share my experience.

I made several attempts to contact your team by phone and, on one occasion, waited for over an hour without an answer. I understand services can be busy, but this level of delay makes it very difficult to get support when needed.

I also received 4 parking tickets, which I have already paid. As a taxi driver, this has created financial pressure for me, and I was hoping for clearer guidance or assistance.

Unfortunately, the response I received was not very helpful and did not fully address my concerns.

I would appreciate improvements in communication and customer support, as this would make a big difference for customers in similar situations.

Absolutely atrocious company. Said they sent a car parking which I didn’t receive. Strangely 30 days later I receive a final demand. I actually received it 14 days after the date on the final demand. Tried phoning them 4 times and was charged £8.45 on my mobile each occasion. After 20 minutes you don’t move up the queue and they then cut you off. You can’t dispute or pay the ticket as they then say it has been referred to a debt collection agency. The ticket machines were not working that day and they would know that. Original ticket £35. Doubled to £70 if not paid in 30 days. Well there’s a surprise why I didn’t get the original. Now referred to debt collection. New rate £140.00 and again you can’t pay it on line as the reference is not recognised.

Shame there is no zero stars. We recently received a fine for exceeding the 30 minute permitted waiting time outside a MH unit by 1 minute. We were picking a relative up, but there was an incident on the ward which delayed staff allowing her to leave. If the fine was going directly to the hospital, we would pay without any hesitation. Disgusting.

i was doing Amazon Flex deliveries and parked 1-3 minutes on single yellow line Sunday 8;00Pm. still got fine.

They keep sending me illegal demands for payments. I do not owe them any money. I'm thinking of reporting them to police for harassment. Please stop sending me threatening letters, I might commit suicide at this rate.

Tried to pay multiple times via phone at Travis Street site but system didn’t respond. Stayed 14 minutes attempting payment, then left. Provided call logs as evidence but appeal still rejected based only on “no payment recorded.” Charge reduced from £100 to £20 after appeal, which says a lot.

Trying to pay for a parking spot but the customer service advisor doesn't read emails properly. Nobody answers the phone.

Absolutely disgusted that this company can get away with robbing people in their hour of need. I was dropping my husband off for his operation and there was absolutely no parking spaces available all over the hospital grounds. As a disabled driver I was obviously looking for a space quite close. Where I parked there were no visible signs to say no parking. I was on double yellow lines, yes which is allowed with my blue badge displayed, I was neither causing an obstruction. The letter states that if the £40 fine is not paid within 28 days it will increase to £110. Absolutely ludicrous and shouldn’t be allowed, especially not in a hospital.

I was issued a £60 fine while delivering a parcel, which equates to roughly half a day’s wages for me. I returned to the location to gather evidence and found there were no visible signs, as they had been removed from the posts and left on the ground. Despite providing this evidence, along with proof of my delivery, my appeal was rejected.

I was parked for just 10 minutes (in a visitor bay). It feels as though the appeals process exists purely as a formality to satisfy legal requirements, rather than to fairly assess individual cases. I find it difficult to understand how practices like this are still considered lawful in 2026. In my view, the system is fundamentally unfair.

I was wrongly fined for parking for two hours in a NHS clinic parking lot when I was at a hospital many miles away for that period of time. Appealed the fine. Appeal was denied. Decided to pay the requested amount of £40 for convenience's sake. The system would only offer me the option to pay £70. Tried to telephone and it took two hours for it to answer. Tried to calmly explain the problem and that I was not prepared to call back tomorrow and spend another 2.5 hours waiting for someone to answer. At that point the person hung up on me.

Paid in full for hospital parking, sent proof of payment from bank account and still up held fine. Its bad enough going to hospital but to be wrongly fined is adding salt into the wound.

Imagine arriving at A&E on a cold Monday night with your 9 year old with only coins to make payment. And the machine is broken and isn't accepting cash, and the parking APP is only allowing you to pay for a one week stay....so I didn't make payment - would have done if the machine would accept the coins. These clowns have seen the video of the defective machine not accepting the coins but are still insistent it is my fault (I certainly didn't damage the machine) Now we wait while the so called 'independent appeals service' make a decision....see how independent they really are once they've reviewed the evidence I guess!

I’m very disappointed with the way this situation was handled by UK Car Park Management.

As a driving instructor, my role involves more than simply picking up and dropping off pupils. On this occasion, I was working with a nervous, disabled learner who required extra time for a proper debrief after the lesson who lived on the estate. To make matters more difficult, there had been an accident at nearby traffic lights with police present, which disrupted the area and limited safe stopping options.

Despite these circumstances, I was issued a ticket while carrying out my professional duties in what should reasonably be considered a necessary and short stop. There seems to be no consideration for instructors, disabled learners, or real-world situations that require flexibility and understanding.

How exactly are instructors expected to safely pick up, drop off, and support vulnerable learners if there is zero allowance for this? The lack of empathy and rigid enforcement in this case is unacceptable.

This experience has been frustrating and unfair, and it reflects poorly on the management approach. There needs to be clearer policies or discretion applied in situations involving driving lessons and disabled individuals.

Absolutely stupid comes to mind, sending pcn charges to people whom have parked on the public highway, pioneerway watford, herts highways and watford council have both said they are acting illegally as they are a private company who are not allowed to target vehicles parked on the public highway, they have been told about this several times, but they still continue this practice, your ticketing patrols are a joke they take pictures of the sighn placed in the private carpark and use it against the pictures used on the car parked in the road opposite 😂

I will gladly see you in court with regards to this.

Worst company. They only know hope to earn money. Worst services when you need them. Full looting on the name of Law. Inhuman.

I have made endless calls, emails and dispute forms for my ticket. No one can help, no managers you can speak to. No one can help on the phone. Every time they say to email, you get no response back and my keep getting letters saying the charge went from £60 to £170 even though I was told it was on hold until my dispute was looked into when I called. It wasn't put on hold and no one every got back to me. Everyone you speak to is clueless on the phone and tell you something different and insist they can't help. Never in my life have a ever dealt with such a circus of a company.

Greedy, unhelpful. My mother has dementia and i regularly visit her. I have to display a permit to park which is available in my mothers home. Upon arrival, i go to get the permit but this is regularly hidden due to her condition and takes time to find it. The stealth permit checker seems to arrive in between these stressful times and takes multiple pictures of my vehicle obviously not showing the permit because it has not been found. On 3 occasions now, this has been appealed but it is upheld although the fee reduced to £20. I do not see why i should pay anything but the further appeal process would no doubt lead me to a heavier fine. Greedy horrible company to deal with.

Got a fine for parking on side of road in a business park for 10 minutes on a Saturday. No sign anywhere. Absolute scam and no doubt trying to appeal will be impossible. These are very disingenuous money taking people who are the scourge of society . Disgusting.
