I easily found the contact details on the fromt of the bill. I did not have to wait very long for my call to be answered. Amy listemed to my query and was able to explain what was going to happen in a very confident and helpful manner. I felt that she understood my concerns and wanted me to know that I could always phone again if I needed more information.

Felt the service was slow from receiving the fault reporting email to resolution. 4 days for elderly relative who relies on their land line.

Amy was very polite. I was trying to switch.providers but she wasn't able to help me .

about going with TransparentTelecome with my broadband as my provider has not been very helpful

I rang for some support yesterday and received excellent and friendly help from the lovely Ruby. She was able to answer all my questions and I was very happy with the service she was able to provide

Liana answered my questions with courtesy and concern and she checked when we might be ready for digital and fibre where I live. Advised of the delay to expect through technical issues and managed to greatly reduce my monthly bill and allow for a cover for the 08 numbers that I cannot avoid using for work as their landlines are erratic! Now I am equipped to halt the cold callers trying to do their best to get custom without doing their homework ~ I shall stay with TT who, so far, I have found brilliant even with the toughest challenges.

I was making contact with Transparent Teleco on behalf of my elderly mother, who had been without any internet service for a number of days.
I spoke to three different people over three different days, trying to get some anction to resolve the problem and it was only the final lady that I spoke to, that actually got things moving.
She was very helpful and actually did what she said she would do and consequently the problem got resolved within a couple of days.

I had multiple questions regarding my mother’s outrageously expensive monthly payments. Ruby was patient, listened accurately and was very helpful in explaining the charges, advising me as to how to avoid them and then reviewed my mother’s account to better satisfaction. Very good customer service indeed, thank you Ruby.
