Belle has been very helpful over the last 6 weeks as my router & land line will not connect to each other, she has been polite & passed messages on to others who have been helpful to, but i still have no landline.

I gave my score because how great Tia was with helping me with my question I have spoken a few times this year and she definitely is very helpful many thanks Colin

I have never known a company like this one, I think it is run by a bunch muppets they never do what they say and I have had no landline to ring out on since December 2025 and still no phone in July and still being charged got charged twice this month one payment of £40 and now another one for £53.99 not bad for a month avoid this company at all costs. total rubbish

Don't know where to start. My 77-year-old Dad (and I) have had nothing short of a nightmare with this company. Changing the tariff without warning, not listening to my Dad on the phone, causing him untold stress. Eventually, I intervened and cancelled the contract. They wanted MORE money and then advised me that my Dad had been charged for line rental twice, and this would be sorted. It wasn't, and there was no record of our call. I have an email saying the account was closed about two months ago, and now my Dad is receiving letters asking for £81 despite being told the fee was settled. It is borderline harassment, and we are thinking of taking legal action. My Dad suffers from ill health, and this has caused him no end of stress. Shocked and Exhausted with them.

The lady was very courtious and solved 3 queries in no time. She sent a email confirming our conversation as per my request, and actioned sending out a phone connector that I had been previously promised

Excellent customer service from a Lady called Tiahh. She was most helpful and provided straightforward solutions for both of the issues that I needed assistance with.

My interactions with Tia (not certain on spelling) were very positive and in fact she called me back almost straight away with an additional update. She was polite, engaging and professional and was great to talk to. Unfortunately the service behind her between Premier Talk and BT Openreach (which I'm sure plenty of people dealing with resellers with and all the buck passing between them) have last my father in law without phone service for 3 weeks since an Openreach engineer visited to do the digital swap over but failed to actually test the service before leaving. And I have been chasing this to be resolved for the past 2 weeks...

I spoke to Mae today with a query on my telephone bill. I found her to be professional, understanding and caring, providing a high level of customer service. Thank you Mae for rectifying my issue !!

Very helpfull and pleasant, no complaints. Sorted my query out straight away.

Ruby was very helpful in sorting an ongoing issue. Her explanation was clear and helpful with regards to a digital switch over and resolved all our queries.

I needed to close my elderly mother’s account. I spoke to a lovely lady called Mae, she was incredibly helpful as I needed to close the account before I go on holiday, she put me on hold and arranged account closure amount so I was able to complete this today. Many thanks.

Tiahh helped reduce my Mum's Broadband package by more than £40 a month, explained why it was higher than others, gave me good advice on next steps to help keep the charge as low as possible. She listened well, was friendly and did not rush the call. Thank you Tiahh - my Mum is grateful for your assistance today.

Sinead managed to reduce my bill, or rather 2 bills for reasons that are still unclear. She apologised profusely for Premiers error and explained how this will be dealt with. I will be monitoring my bills going forward.

I really appreciate how Mae has dealt with the situation, as we have been receiving mail for a company for the past year. We were both worried that something bad had happened and someone has got my nans address and is scamming her somehow. Mae resolved the situation within 10 minutes of my phone call and we both couldn't be more thankful.

I frequently have to ring the company about one thing or another, hopefully it will soon end. One thing I will say is whenever I am lucky enough to speak with Tiahh Price, she is super friendly, helpful and professional. I’m hoping that what I’m waiting for will come any day soon. Thank you Tiahh
