During the Black Friday period, we clearly communicated on our website that some items may be out of stock and that shipping times could be longer than usual.
If an order has not been received, our support team is always able to investigate and assist once the necessary information is provided. As this was not supplied here, we are unable to validate the claim made in this review.

Great products - Terrible service
Great products once you get and everything goes to plan. Terrible customer service and support if things dont go smoothly. Initially purchased a rig and monitor stand, all went well - good build quality. Ordered some additional monitor arms - got delivered to wrong address by courier - over a week of back and forth with customer service and still not resolved. No willingness to resend me missing goods or refund and expecting me to go and find the products (wherever they maybe). In the end had to go via my credit card holder to request a claim for good not delivered in order to get a refund. Going forward if I want their products I will source via a third part like Demon Tweeks.

thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that there have been issues with the order. Please do understand that our CS agents have to follow rules as well. Especially when things show delivered and are claimed "not delivered", so it takes a while to investigate with the courier and the warheouse to get things proper handled.
This is not about not willing to send a replacement or a refund but to be sure that this is not claimed not received while it acutally was received. Not saying that you want to do this, but you might be suprised how many people unfortunately nowadays try to get items "for free" this way.

Product Great but Service Slow Reponses
The product is great and it really fits what I wanted. The customer service is very subpar and very slow to respond. Had to send over three emails over a week and a half before I got a response on an order issue. It was ultimately handled, but so slow.

TR8 pro and accessories
Great support, super fast shipping. Did have 1 issue one of the bolt holes for the seat rails was cross threaded upon assembly. Not a huge deal rethreaded and good to go. Also some of the instructions are misleading and could use a little help. Other than that awesome company to deal with and great product. TR8 pro and accessories

Horrific instructions. Terribly designed products. Overpriced. Took forever to get here and had to take off work just to sign for the package. I despise your company and products after spending thousands of dollars on your chassis and all of the accessories. CHOOSE ANY OTHER BRAND.

Top quality product it almost fit my rig. But I modified it and realized how thick it was and that’s a good thing! I’m totally satisfied. My rig wasn’t a track racer probably should be but it works now.

Almost a month of back and forth with support due to taking 1-2 weeks to respond to my emails just to tell me I got what I ordered, which is not the case.

Missing hardware
Missing hardware, directions weren't consistent with hardware provided and directions weren't always very clear. Lack of spacers for mounting monitor as well.
Edit: Adding after their response. I just bought the missing M6 screws myself from Amazon, not worth my time putting in a ticket etc. Also re:spacers for mounting, obviously they don't say they include them but they're cheap and often needed so it would be nice if they did. Also worth mentioning after everything is put together it still does not feel the sturdiest as the legs are two separate pieces of aluminum combined by a bracket in the middle and there's some give because of that.

Please reach out to support@trakracer.com provide the order number and the parts you think that are missing from your order by referencing the manual and our team will arrange those for you.
Also please note that hardware to mount monitors is NEVER included as there are thousand of different monitors to we cannot include the correct hardware for every monitor modell.

Missing parts. When they arrived it was the wrong parts. Emailed to send the correct parts and no response other than leave us a review. So here I am.
My Reply: You sent the wrong replacement parts. What part of that is confusing to you? I submitted pictures of the parts you sent versus what you were supposed to send. I can not finish my build without the correct brackets. Also, thanks for replying here instead of to my customer service email.
Update: Customer Service Rep Rose has been great during this ordeal. She reached out and was able to track down the correct parts and had them sent out after the first set was incorrect. It was a huge hassle waiting this long but it eventually worked out. Thank you.

Cancellation refusal and refund postponed again and again after the return
I submitted a cancellation request less than 3 hours after placing my order. My cancellation was refused on the grounds that the order had supposedly already been sent to the warehouse.
15 days after, still no sign of any tracking number.
When the package finally arrived, i returned it immediately to the sender. It been 3 weeks and still no refund despite multiple contacts with the customer support.
