Trak Racer Arvostelua 

I bought a mount that wasn’t needed for my trak racer rig. They description made it sound like I needed it, but after receiving the product and looking at my Trx, I see that it the mount wasn’t necessary and that I could mount my speaker without it.

Delivery on time , but the boxes get all ripped, parts all over and I missed some screw. Boxes should be better strong because is heave equipment inside.

Material chosen for the rig is incredibly rigid. Wonderful alternative to aluminum extrusion frames. Color amazing and comfortable long term seat. Extra hardware a plus.
I would have preferred 2 more caster wheels to balance load better and more importantly some holes did not line up well; I found myself using a grinding stone to make the screws fit properly in order to complete the cockpit.

Shocking company, paid for items that never arrived, had to kick up a fuss to try get money back to the point of them banning me from all Trak Racer due to saying they were incompetent (it was classed as an aggressive tone, it was in an email lol) which they are.
Please provide proof of your claims.

Stuhl Bestellt am 06.01, zwei Wochen ohne Info, auf nachfrage stellt sich heraus Artikel gar nicht lieferbar. (Angezeigt 8x ab Lager).

Gut dann wurde auf einen Stuhl der ab Lager ist gewechselt, dies war am 20.01

Seitdem erhielt ich zig Ausreden woran es scheitert. Nach vier Wochen von der Bestellung und zwei Wochen nach Umstellung auf lagernden Artikel, storniere ich die Bestellung.

Ich wendete mich an Paypal, da die Firma unfähig erscheint.
Der Support hält mich seit Tagen hin sie müssten die Stornierung intern bestätigen lassen.
Keine Ahnung wie diese Firma noch Gewinn fahren kann.

I ordered the TR 160V5. The product itself is great. Its sturdy and high quality. However, the instructions in some areas are either outdated or incomplete. Another issue I had is with the customer support. It takes forever to get a reply and or clear instructions. I ordered the oversized seat brackets with my rig because I also bought the gt style seat which again I love and is everything I hoped it would be. Having said that, the seat brackets were included but I did not know this until after the fact. So I wasted money on a purchase I did not need. Another thing buyers should be aware of is the "universal" front dd mount. Its not actually universal and is so far off from being able to fit my Moza Wheel Base. So those are two pieces I now have to try and return which isn't going great. At the price point of the product which in my case was over 2k USD I just expected more customer service.

Again, the product itself is great and high quality, modular, and great to look at. For the other reasons is why I only gave 4 stars.

Onduidelijk op de website wat je essentieel nodig hebt voor een complete rig .
Stel je bij de bouw wel vast natuurlijk .

Emails worden als je gelukt hebt binnen de week beantwoord .
Levertijden worden niet nageleefd en 2 weken na bestellen komen er plots 6 weken bij …
Maar ik wordt toch bedankt voor mijn geduld ( alsof er andere keus is ?! )
Voorlopig is het mooi stuk onbruikbaar aluminium

I bought the complete package, I was not happy with how it arrived, it arrived all scratched up and dented. I was very disappointed in this, you spend way more than you should, and received a damaged item. I immediately contacted customer service, with pictures and asked for a replacement product. They responded a few days later stating they were really busy and would get back to me. It has been over a month and never got another reply. The product leaves me wanting a better system because of this fact. The directions are an absolute joke, I cannot in good faith recommend anyone using this company. The customer service is an absolute disgrace. The packaging is horrible, and not secure in the box. It allowed for the items to move freely during shipping causing the damage to the blue coating. The red piping came all twisted tied in a gigantic knot, it is deformed and unusable now. If I could return this I would! Shameful really, Trak Racer should be ashamed of themselves for the packaging and the way it was shipped to me!

If you join their Discord server, you'll notice how many people actually experience horrible customer service (or lack thereof) and just plain bad service in general. They don't respond to people, but funnily, everyone who disputes the payment through PayPal or their bank, get replied to faster. Even I had my stuff shipped as soon as I disputed PayPal.

Whenever people came to the Discord to ask whether they should but from Trak Racer or not, naturally I told them to read around and see how many people experience issues. After a few weeks, Thomas sent me a DM telling me he will remove me from the server if I kept it up, and as soon as he saw me typing to him (that he could go ahead and do it because he can't handle the truth), he removed me. Without seeing my reply because I guess he wasn't man enough.

Don't buy from Trak Racer. Literally anything else is better in both quality and service. People receive half orders, missing parts etc. RMA is generally impossible to even go through. Bad company and they know it. Only really act when there's money on the line.

Reply to TR: Sure, let's say you're right (for once) about the discord server not being for support. But everyone's experience with you who complain on discord are real. Even here. You're just talking about something else to avoid responsibility, as usual. You suck!
BTW. You don't tolerate abusive language? HAHA. But you practice horrible service and ignoring customers UNTIL there is a dispute on payment? Exactly what happens all the time. Laughable. Did I tell you, you suck?

Reply2: To further clarify, the people on discord are NOT talking about having experienced bad customer service on Discord. They come to discord to try to actually get help because they aren't getting replies on email. Most people have found out that the best thing to help you is to dispute with your payment service or bank. TR trying to deflect the question and responsibility here (again) with their reply to me.

Parts are not packed well. Many items in 3 separate packages were damaged, including replacement parts. Also, some items are not well thought-out and are WAY too heavy.

Update: Yes, replacement parts were sent, however, a couple of those arrived damaged as well. Packing is poor, weak, and loose. All boxes (including the replacement parts) arrived with heavy damage. And the weak powder coating or paint on all parts don't survive shipping.

An order was placed in late December that had four items:
Tablet and button box holder V2
Universal dual-lock seat slider kit
Universal PC or control box shelf
Adjustable keyboard mouse tray V2
The order was sent to an incorrect address due to my error. The shipment was refused at the address provided.
The order was returned, via FedEx, to San Marcos (Trak Racer) on January 3rd.
I have sent SIX email messages trying to get the issue resolved and still no shipment of the items that have been charged to my credit card.

Had an issue with shipping, not Trakracers fault. Contacted them and Rose helped me out. She kept me informed on what was happening. She was great to deal with and resolved the problem.

As far as Trak Racer is concerned they were great. Shipping was as expected and packaging was superb.

The product was a bit underwhelming but that has nothing to do with the supplier.

Ich warte seit Tagen auf meine bestellten Aluprofile mit Halterung. Bestellung am 15.01.2026 aufgegeben, aber bis heute weder bearbeitet noch versendet. Auf meine mehrfachen Nachrichten (mindestens sechs) habe ich keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten.

Ein derartiger Kundenservice ist inakzeptabel. Aufgrund der ausbleibenden Lieferung und Kommunikation habe ich inzwischen eine Strafanzeige eingereicht.

No instructions provided for product, just generic instructions for a completely different model. Chair quality is abysmal. I wouldn’t not buy again if I had know.

Comme beaucoup, j'ai commandé un TR120S le 20 Janvier et tout était en stock. Un collègue a fait la même chose que moi en commandant le 21 Janvier et de son côté il a tout reçu. Moi pour le moment, je suis en attente de préparation. Et quand je contact le service client, il mette trois jours à répondre pour dire que ma demande a été envoyé au expédition et plusieurs jours plus tard et après un bon nombre de relance, il te dise que ce n'est plus en stock. il faut attendre mais ne dise pas combien de temps. Par contre, pour la paiement c'est très rapide. Commandé le 20 janvier, prélevé le 20 Janvier. Parfait
