How about respond to your customers! I accidentally put the wrong shipping address. I immediately sent 3 separate requests to cancel the order or change the shipping address with ZERO response from you. Now my order was shipped elsewhere and I am out $130! You don’t even have a phone number to call.

Please note that the incorrect shipping address was provided at the time of order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. While we understand that mistakes happen, this situation was a result of the address provided and not a failure of our service.

Great quality product, but please just send paper instructions with each item. You use cardboard and polystyrene like it’s free, so paper instructions with each item wouldn’t hurt. The online instructions are shit.

I ordered two items on the same day. I got one of them in a reasonable amount of time. The other I’m still waiting for. Can’t seem to track it on shop.

This is my first Sim racing setup and I’m very happy with the construction. While the directions for assembly were a bit difficult at times, with a little patience I was able to get everything put together and adjusted.

Major delays
Decent products. Terrible customer service. Delayed shipping. No response on multiple email requests, so I had to reply directly to an employee on an old thread for a different product to get a reply. Been waiting for over a month for shipping on a cockpit and still weeks out from an estimated ship date.

I ordered my haptics for my pedals from Trakracer. At first they showed out of stock so I waited until they showed in stock. I placed my order and had the haptics within 3 days. Everything was well packed and the order complete. This has been my typical experience with TR as this is the 6th time I have ordered stuff from them.

A little rough at first but customer service came through
Received a pretty well optioned 160 kit that had damage. Took a while to get sorted out and there was a communication gap, but my amazing cs rep Chase got it sorted out and made everything right. Thank you!!
A little customer feedback: this is an amazing bit of engineering in these kits but the manuals really need to be sorted out/organized better somehow. It's a mess in its current state. Great product though!

In Trak Racer Webseite steht bei Schalthebel Kompatibilität mit Schalthebel Halterbefestigung
das es auch mit Fanatec Clubsport Schalthebel kompatibel ist.
Leider stimmt das auch, das sollten sie aus ihren Webseite Löschen. Die Bohrlöcher Fluchten nicht und nur eine Schraube passt Rest nicht. Habe dafür auch noch 49 Euro Bezahlt.
Kauft Kein Trak Racer, jede andere Holzkonstruktion ist Besser als dieser Rig

The compatibility information is correct. The Fanatec Clubsport shifter **can be mounted** using the bracket, but it requires an **off-center positioning** to utilize multiple mounting points. This method has been successfully implemented by many customers, as shown in various community and user posts.
