Terrible Experience
I was missing the seat mounting hardware. The assembly instructions were terrible. Customer service sucked. Trying to make adjustments by myself is almost impossible. Rig was overpriced for what I got. If I had done more research before purchasing, I would have definitely went with another company.

- The first enquiry was regarding missing M8x14 bolts**, which were promptly sent out from our office after your message.
- The second enquiry related to a seat bracket and shifter mount, for which our agent responded. However, there was no further follow-up from your side after that response.

Missing parts and unexpected inventory…
Missing parts and unexpected inventory delays.
I've had so much trouble with my order with Trak Racer. My issues consisted of:
1. "In Stock" items are now discontinued. I had to find this out by following up numerous times on where my product was.
2. Repeating myself on how I wanted to proceed with my order.
3. Missing parts from my order. I still have not received a solution or even an answer that explains their way to fix it.
4. Not being told items that were "In Stock" are actually "Out of Stock". I had to find out on my own when my items didn't come in the mail.
5. Inconsistent customer service. Sometimes there is a response right away, others it takes days/weeks.
6. Packages arrived beat-up with some of the components not wrapped at all.
The only reason that I am giving it a 2 star is because the products do seem like good quality and I am happy with it. But getting it/trying to get it is a nightmare. Please do research before giving them your money.

Regarding response times, we noticed that several tickets were opened simultaneously regarding the same order. When multiple tickets are created for the same case, it can unfortunately slow down the process because different agents may need to review the same matter separately. For this reason, we strongly recommend keeping all communication within a single support request, which allows our team to handle the case faster and more efficiently.
As for the condition of the packages, we take packaging quality very seriously and continuously work on improvements. However, once shipments leave our warehouse, handling by the courier is unfortunately outside of our direct control, and damage can sometimes occur during transit.

Possibly the worst instructions and product development and quality control I’ve ever seen in a product that cost this much. This company clearly has no understanding of how to incorporate proper quality systems into their operations process. The result is mislabeled parts, missing pieces and instructions that aren’t even applicable. I wanted to absolutely turn my hair out by the end of putting their mount together.

Six Months of Frustration: Mislabeled Product and Failed Support from Trak Racer
I have never felt compelled to leave a review before, but after six months attempting to resolve this issue, I believe it’s important to share my experience.
We purchased a quad monitor stand that did not match what was advertised and appeared to be an older model. The crossbar design created a seam that caused significant stability issues, making the stand unsuitable for its intended purpose.
When we first requested a return, we were told boxes would be sent. That later changed to shipping labels only, but those labels were never provided. As the months went on, communication was slow and the issue remained unresolved.
In an effort to solve the problem ourselves, we ordered what was listed on the website as a 1500mm replacement crossbar. It arrived as two 750mm sections, recreating the same seam and stability problem we were trying to eliminate.
After extensive back-and-forth, we stopped pursuing a return for the stand and instead requested a return label for the mislabeled crossbar. Although a label had previously been offered, it was never sent, and communication ceased after our request.
After six months without a workable solution, we were forced to source a solid 1500mm aluminum extrusion independently just to make the stand functional.
At no point during this process was a clear or effective resolution provided. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company’s customer support.

Great TR160
The TR160 has been a great very solid and sturdy rig for sim I did have some issues with missing parts but trak racer was able to send out my replacement parts quickly it took about 1 business week. I also had a part for my pedal mount that was damaged but only cosmetically but far more than just a scratch I chose not to pursue that particular issue because i was able to hide the damage and it has not in any way effected performance therefore was simply not worth my time.
Over all my experience has been positive and Im very happy with my purchase

Went with the tr8 pro decent setup. boxes came beat up which probably isn't there fault but a few pieces had dents and scratches. Connected them about it they kind of made it seem like no big deal it's minimal damage. When I pay premium price I expect premium quality. I contacted them about it kind kicked it around and here we are 3 weeks later with no word from the customer support team.

Posting a response to this review stating you would have liked the ability to research this internally before the review was written is laughable.
I gave your customer service more than a month of patience and internal correspondence to research this matter internally before I took it online for the public to see.
Your company finally shipped the first two boxes, I paid for two months ago, that arrived today. I'll be doing a thorough inventory, but that's easier said than done, you don't provide that in the box, I have to go find it online to reference.
*Update - Inventory received with potentially two parts missing. It's not super easy to tell because I have to go reference an online resource where there are potentially multiple versions of the same rig being referenced. I can't be totally sure the part list is for my specific rig, waiting on customer service to confirm. Heard back and confirmed what I have received is complete, but still waiting on a date for shipping on the remaining item.
Additionally, I was informed my order is being split, but not to worry, you won't charge me shipping for the second item when it is eventually received but no further detail on when that will be was provided.... Gee thanks.
I paid for everything including shipping already TWO months ago.... your company has my money.
I want to know when my FULL order will be fulfilled, please.

Ordered my rig in early to mid-January. Two weeks pass and no word. Finally get a response telling me their website inventory isn't accurate, and my purchase is on back order.
I'm told it should be sent by the end of January, so I decide to wait. Fast forward... it's February 28th I'm told my order is still waiting to be released from customs to make it to their warehouse before being shipped to me.
So at bare minimum a product I have already paid for won't be received until nearly 2 months after original purchase. Nothing from TrakRacer other than offering a refund after I've already been waiting this long.
Went with their site because someone recommended it to me. I'm here to highly recommend against using this site.

After stock issues, I spent over 1 month working with Rose from Trak Racer support who was absolutely excellent in assisting me with all of my queries. I was able to receive updates constantly with Rose presenting fantastic customer service during busy periods. She responded to all of my enquires making sure to later follow up after I’d received my full order making sure that everything was delivered correctly and I was happy with my order. Product said it was in stock when purchased but when it didn’t ship in timely manner, I was told it wasn’t in stock. Bought about a month ago and have only gotten an update when I emailed. Was told it should be at the warehouse this week and no update yet. Would recommend checking inventory and updating it on the website as orders come in so customers aren’t waiting so long for their product that you said would ship 3-10 businesses after processing.

Die gesamte Erfahrung war ein einziges Chaos und gehört zu den schlechtesten Online‑Bestellungen, die ich je gemacht habe.
- Der Händler brauchte 18 Tage, um überhaupt zu merken, dass ein Teil meiner Bestellung nie auf Lager war – obwohl ich längst bezahlt hatte.
- Statt eine Lösung zu finden, wurde der fehlende Artikel einfach kommentarlos entfernt, als wäre das normal.
- Mir wurde ein Refund in 3–5 Werktagen versprochen, der nicht eingetroffen ist.
- Bis heute gibt es keine Versandbestätigung, keine Bewegung, keine Transparenz und keine einzige verlässliche Information.
- Der Support antwortet zwar wie ein Bot, aber die Antworten sind widersprüchlich, unpräzise und haben nichts mit der tatsächlichen Situation zu tun.
- Man hat das Gefühl, dass das Unternehmen selbst keine Kontrolle über Lager, Bestellungen oder interne Abläufe hat.
- Als Kunde bleibt man wochenlang im Dunkeln, ohne Ware, ohne Refund, ohne ehrliche Kommunikation.
Fazit:
Ich habe bezahlt, aber weder eine funktionierende Lieferung noch eine glaubwürdige Betreuung erhalten. Das Unternehmen wirkt organisatorisch überfordert, unzuverlässig und nicht in der Lage, grundlegende Prozesse einzuhalten. Ich kann nach dieser Erfahrung niemandem empfehlen, hier zu bestellen.
Ich habe den gesamten Vorgang inzwischen den zuständigen Behörden für Logistik und Transport OECD vorgelegt, da der Händler trotz Zahlung weder geliefert noch glaubwürdige Informationen bereitgestellt hat.
Dies ist bereits der zweite Fall den ich der OECD vorlege. Wenn noch ein paar nachziehen passiert da was !
war so klar das Trakracer wiedermal den Fehler nicht bei sich findet... Ganzen Monat für ne Bearbeitung aber weiterhin nichts auf die Reihe gekriegt.
Diese ewigen Ausreden dieses Saftladens habe ich so gesehen deswegen Konto gelöscht und nie wieder Slowracer

- After your first enquiry on Mon, 9 Feb 2026 at 12:46 PM (system time), our records show that you received regular updates from our support team, in many cases on a near-daily basis.
- Any requested changes and follow-ups were handled within reasonable timeframes by the assigned support agent.
- The item that was no longer available was removed from the order and a refund initiated, which follows our standard procedure when stock discrepancies occur.
- The claim that there was “no information” or “no communication” does not reflect the documented communication history in our system.
We would also like to note that ou agent remained professional and continued to assist and provide updates as the situation developed despite your sarcastic comments.

Avoid like the plague! Worst packaging and service ever! Hands down!
One of the items never arrived, making the unit unusable. When contacting trakracer they first wanted written confirmation from FedEx…why would I have that, I didnt ship it. Then they wanted to wait until the conclusion of the carrier claim before proceeding with a replacement. No can do! So then they place the order for the replacement part….to which the don’t have because the unit is no longer. They then try to offer me a lesser, heavier, narrower version than what i ordered for ‘no charge’ because it ‘cost more’. No can do! Then they asked what I had in mind which I hadn’t considered and later responded that I’d accept the other unit if they could provide a wheel or shifter combo to which they refused. They then wanted me to offer them a discount amount. No can do! Not my mistake to fix. They then come back with $50….i offer a compromise of $125, the midway point between the equipment I asked for and their offer. 4 days later….nothing. Mind you all this took 3 weeks as no one can seem to make a decision so often days went by between responses. Terrible service and terrible packaging for what should be the best on the market.
UPDATE: Sounds like improvements are needed in their internal process based on their response. Whilst I did finally receive my money back, everything detailed in my review was factual and thus I will allow it to stand as is, so that other customers can receive a fair, accurate, and detailed account of the experience they may can expect.

I purchased a Trak Racer Bass Shaker…
I purchased a Trak Racer Bass Shaker system and after testing, I had some questions and an issue. It took a while for the customer support team to respond, but once my case was picked up by Gab A everything was resolved quickly and in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the ongoing feedback and updates I was getting from Gab A on my issues and I was satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend the Bass Shaker as a product to add to the overall immersion experience on any sim racing rig as it comes as a complete and comprehensive kit and a choice of different mounts.
