I ordered an O2 sensor for my car (I input my car’s information) and the part in the box is the wrong number. The box says O2 sensor 89465-39835 which is what I ordered, but when i open the package the O2 sensor inside has a different part number (89465-35360). This was clearly mis-packaged/mislabeled. The part physically does not fit in my car. I tried issuing a return and at first it was denied because it’s an electrical part.. Then I appealed and waited almost a month while I kept hearing back that they’re working on it whenever I’d ask for updates. I finally get an email after all and it gets denied. I called and the guy on the phone argued with me that the part number on the O2 sensor is just the manufacturing part number for manufacturing label purposes and that’s why it doesn’t match what’s in the box (this was a flat-out lie), and he says that I ordered the wrong O2 sensor because it doesn’t fit my car. The site led me to that O2 sensor because I input my car’s information, and REGARDLESS the part number in the box is different than the box itself anyways. So I STILL didn’t get what I ordered anyways. The part number on the part could not be a ‘manufacturing/factory part number’ like he claims because it’s literally linked to a different O2 sensor and it’s on your site. Meaning the number on the part is the literal part number. To make more sense of this, all the O2 sensors listed start with the “89465-“ prefix, and the last 5 digits set the sensors apart for certain vehicles. The part number on the sensor says that “89465-“, but the last 5 digits are different. I kept trying to make it make sense to the guy over the phone and he kept arguing and repeating himself that it’s a manufacturing part number, not the actual part number but it’s literally a different part and on your site. A manufacturing part number wouldn’t be identical to a different O2 sensor, you just sent me the wrong one in the box. They argued that I ordered the wrong part for my car, but if I still didn’t get what I technically ordered, I should still get a refund for receiving a different part than what I paid for. It doesn’t matter what I ordered and if it was technically correct for my car or not, if you sent me the wrong part, you should honor the refund or offer replacement and send me EXACTLY what I ordered. Not deny and make excuses. I still didn’t receive what I paid for regardless of fitment.

Delivery on time

Ordered rotors and brake pads. One rotor had some kind of contaminate on it, like thick oil or tar residue or something, had to clean that off with brake cleaner. The brake pads were shrink wrapped inside the box, but the wrapping was broken off at arrival. The parts all work just fine, just a little annoying that the packaging doesn't seem done well before shipping and that one rotor was a little contaminated, probably while sitting in their shop/warehouse.
