Never again! I needed a specific part for my Acura RDX right away. I ordered it from Acura Parts Warehouse as it was listed as in stock. Three days went by and I heard nothing about my order. I ended up emailing three times over 11 days before they shipped my order. The customer service was deplorable, the communication was terrible and it took two full weeks to get my order. These people are not trustworthy.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that Acura is a division of Honda, and many OEM parts may be labeled as Honda while still being correct for Acura vehicles.
We’ve reviewed your order and confirmed that a VIN was not used during the part selection process. There are multiple parts with the same name that fit your search result due to different options and trims. An RMA request also qualifies as wrong parts when the manufacturer mispacked an item, or the part number received does not match what was ordered. Since we don’t have visibility into a customer’s repair needs, we fulfill what is placed in the order.
