On July 1, 2026 I ordered 9 parts through the LexusPartsNow.com website of this company. The order included 2 Intake manifold gaskets. When my shipment arrived, the box only contained 1 intake manifold gasket (I need 2 for a V8 engine). I followed the RMA procedure, sent pictures, packing list and all paperwork. The packing list said 2, but there was only 1 in the box. I received an automated RMA Response that said my Case was under review (they said they would respond in 2 days). After 2 days, hearing nothing I contacted RMA via Chat and email. The first level of Chat appears to be an AI Bot with preprogrammed responses. If the Chat Bot gives up, you can get to the Next Level Chat which seems to be a "human". But the answers come too fast for anybody to type that fast. So it's probably canned answers. Bottom line, they can't do anything either ... they say "wait 2 days" and they would review. Another week has now passed, nothing. I have sent them ANOTHER RMA email requesting a Refund for the missing part. They have not responded yet. I would recommend NOT using this company if you have a choice. If your order is complete/right then all is good, but if there are issues ... big problem. Very poor Customer Service and almost no way to get issues resolved.

Lexus Parts Now sold me the wrong front struts through their own online parts selection system, and I had no way of knowing until I sat down to install them by which point their conveniently short return window had already closed. That narrow window is no accident; they designed to run out before customers can catch an error, so the company never has to honor a return or exchange.
I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. The part is brand new, unopened, in its original box, and their system picked it wrong. I simply want to swap it for the correct one, and customer service flatly refused.
Lexus Parts Now is quick to pull you in with promotions and buy now urgency, but the moment you need support, they're a wall. One of the worst experiences I've had in years, and a clear sign they care more about profits than the customers they depend on.

This company furnished an accurate diagram of the area of my car which needed a replacement part. The description and part number were accurate enabling me to select the part I needed.

Correct parts were delivered on time as promised. Pricing was better than my local dealer.

Thermostat arrived without the rubber gasket as shown in your photo. The photo clearly shows the gasket on the thermostat. I called and was told to send a picture of the missing part . Like that is possible. Anyway y’all wanted me to jump through hoops for a 6 dollar part. I decided screw it and bought a gasket from Oriellys.
