Had the part I needed. The part that came was the part I ordered and it got here ahead of scheduled delivery time. Kind of unheard of when getting things shipped to Hawaii.

I purchased 577 dolars worth of filters and they forgot to send 3. When i tried to contact them they ignore me for the longest and then made it difficult for me to get a replacement. At the end i lost 70 dolars worth of filters and i will never recomend or buy from them.

I have ordered from this place for a few years now. I bought some struts to fix a friends car of mine and they were misrepresented as “strut” assemblies or loaded struts so I sent in for a return. That process took way too long to get the information to ship the items. A week later I finally got everything I needed and sent them back, I get a message from my friend a month later asking if I had heard anything about the refund, I checked there was nothing. My friend had to contact them to see what was going on and they gave her some bs mumbo jumbo that it needed to go through my email. To make a long story short they still have not refunded my friends money after a month of them having the parts in their possession. Sucks for you guys I have three Toyotas myself and many friends with them looks like I will be getting my parts elsewhere!

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Save your money and DO NOT BUY from them. They stole $50 from me and told me it was my fault that they represented the part incorrectly on their website. They refused to issue any refund.
