Communication is key!
"I'm giving Tower 4 stars instead of 5 solely due to the experience of the process itself, rather than the outcome — my claim was ultimately successful. However, the journey was lengthy and stressful. Working with multiple consultants, I noticed a clear lack of internal communication between team members. There also appeared to be gaps in knowledge regarding how to properly handle certain scenarios, with a tendency to push claims toward failure rather than resolution. Had I not been proactive and persistent, my claim may never have been resolved successfully."

Easy set up
Very easy to set up online. I miss the face to face but do have faith as it’s a company I worked for in the past. Have not had to make any claims as yet so can’t speak to that. Overall we are happy.

Almost went through Toyota
Almost went through Toyota. Premium cost similar. But happy to keep policies together in one place. Not as competitive to keep.all policies with Tower as initially. Online platform easy to use and amend or pay for policies.

Okay customer service
Okay customer service. I had to phone to change some details on policies which were within a month of renewal (unable to do this online with less than a month to go). It took over 40 mins on the phone to add two people to my car insurance. I also asked repeatedly to not renew our policies as we were going elsewhere which was cheaper. The policies still renewed and I had to do further admin to get these policies cancelled. Other than that, they were fine. Not above or below expectations.
