Easy Quote
It was easy to get quotes for our insurance needs, the system is easy to use, but the reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because I found the Customer Service Agent's accent very difficult to understand. Companies that try to save money by having Asian countries do there customer services aren't doing customers here in NZ any favours.

Communication is key!
"I'm giving Tower 4 stars instead of 5 solely due to the experience of the process itself, rather than the outcome — my claim was ultimately successful. However, the journey was lengthy and stressful. Working with multiple consultants, I noticed a clear lack of internal communication between team members. There also appeared to be gaps in knowledge regarding how to properly handle certain scenarios, with a tendency to push claims toward failure rather than resolution. Had I not been proactive and persistent, my claim may never have been resolved successfully."

Easy set up
Very easy to set up online. I miss the face to face but do have faith as it’s a company I worked for in the past. Have not had to make any claims as yet so can’t speak to that. Overall we are happy.
