Stay away from this company - they are scammers!
Theives! They have stolen our car and have given us no money for 3 Months
We had 1st Party Insurance and someone backed into our car

If I could give less
If I could give less, I would. We have full coverage insurance on our car. Someone backed into our car. Tower deemed it a write-off, even though it’s a small dent, they towed it away, we asked to get it accessed ourselves, O’ceen Reed our claims manager said yes. Now after weeks, he’s not answering calls or emails. I call every day, email more than once a day. Knowbody else can help. We have no car, nothing. Disgusting as we a full coverage policy holders with several policies with Tower. Yet they don’t actually care if they loose clients.

Policies set up on a non-annual basis have an additional premium for the costs associated with managing the instalment payments, compared to policies which are paid for in full as an annual premium. A number of factors contribute to the overall policy premium, and this is a factor into this.

I’ve been emailing constantly to arrange a pro rata refund for my policy that should have been cancelled by default in July. No response. The claims experience was dreadful re communication. Just poor.

Communication and cost
Our policies were cancelled no notification after we had messaged several times asking polices to be uploaded so we could pay them. Price went up when renewed. Spoke to numerous people and problem still unresolved. Finally I did get someone that knew what she was doing. Am I going to renew next year with you, that remains to be seen. Very unhappy and stressful experience 😔
