excellent investissement, comparé à d'autres marques acquises dans l'entretemps. (2eme PC ou PC pro par exemple)

All that probably somewhat tries to compete with Chinese brands, for that you really need to make some effort as you can really see. I am still somewhat happy with my old Toshiba laptop but I do assume it's just not that good of what it used to be.

Je pensais avoir fait une affaire avec ma TV Toshiba. Hélas, de gros problèmes de communication et d'accès à l'assistance sur le net. Le système ne reconnaissait pas mon modèle. Puis ils n'étaient pas au courant de des sévices iptv, l'application d'ailleurs présentait un problème sur la TV. Actuellement j'ai besoin de l'adresse MAC et ils demandent pourquoi. Franchement c'est de la pure débilité. Une société où je n'achèterai plus rien de ma vie.

Je ne sais pas pourquoi ces mauvaises impréssion mais pour moi j'ai jamais eu de problème avec les produits toshiba

Installation airco Toshiba qui tombe en panne après 10 jours . L' installateur ne répond plus et Toshiba me renvoie exclusivement vers l' installateur. Donc aucune solution et soi-disant garantie de 2 ans .
1450 euros jeteé à la poubelle.

spent 14 hours over 2 days with their support 888-933-0322 and after paying $69.95 they completely miss diagnosed my keyboard problems as a hardware problem and contact service center to replace keyboard. They also provided a part #,
After a 2minute call to a service center they said to power down the computer pull battery and reinstall and reboot.
Wow, keyboard is fully functional. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY $$$> Good bye Toshiba!

Service was so bad I don’t even know what to say, purchased a really nice box to ship in to fix a hard drive over heating problem for a brand new laptop. Got back a laptop wrapped in a plastic bag in a giant box. The sheet that came back with it showed they “replaced” lots of components. The problem was not fixed and now the laptop won’t even turn on sometimes, I just gave since maybe next time it will only come back with the screen😂. So I guess I have a really nice brand new laptop to look at. Thanks Toshiba?

I have a toshiba satellite laptop that is the worst electronic product i have ever owned. I never seen a computer do so many updates and take hours and yes hours to update. If the computer was not new i would throw it in the trash compactor!

Beware of Toshiba tech support. On Friday April 4 my Toshiba laptop would not connect to my network although three other non-Toshiba devices connected as they always had. A call to Toshiba technical support resulted in a $199.99 charge and around an hour of fiddling with both my laptop and modem by two technicians, including a senior technician. When they were done none of my devices would connect to the network and I had been provided with an incorrect diagnosis: that the wifi radio was turned off. Fortunately, a technician at my ISP was able to undo the damage and fix the original problem in about five minutes. It is too bad that I paid for annual support since I will throw the laptop in the trash before I let Toshiba technicians near it again.

Toshiba USB Optical Mouse U55 was delievered to me recently. This product has all the best characteristics and is compact and comfortable for the usage. So I am only pleased with this purchase.

I bought Toshiba last 2011 and I'm still using it, High-quality product.

Don't buy Toshiba laptop. They are probably the worst. A 2000% last only a year. Is that normal that they can't even repair it? Just useless laptop

I called Toshiba customer support today to get help attaching an external hard drive to my laptop (both Toshiba) through an SATA usb bridge. They knew absolutely nothing. The support page had the latest update to usb drivers but the link was broken. They sent me to computers and then to hard drives and no one knew a thing. They were rude and also asked for $20 bucks for wasting 20 minutes of my time ......are you kidding? And yes Toshiba is outsourcing...... But I don't hold that against a support person ....but Toshiba is outsourcing to people who don't know anything and can't answer any questions. I will NEVER buy from them again.

I have Toshiba Laptop since 2012. It's working just fine but lately I had some trouble using it. When I use it, it turns off suddenly and the battery is easily drained.

I just called today with an issue and was going to pay the $20 fee but they out source through India and I had to repeat myself 3 times and my laptop started to die on me. The problem is with my charging port I believe. Then, when I told her she is not understanding my problem she said now I understand.????????? I told her if she can send me to customer care in the U.S. and she said there is none. ????? So, I said you know what never mind my laptop is dying and I wasted 20 minutes just repeating what I said. She tried then get my serial number to charge me and I said no thank you and hung up. Worst customer service support I have ever experienced. I will never buy another Toshiba again in my lifetime.

The most tarrible computer i have ever bought.. Harddisc was broken. My fan broke after 6 month. My wifi broke after 1 year. The computer cost me 2.000 USD plus lots of stuff broke after i got windows 10. Thank you Toshiba.

I purchased a tablet from them and I won't even get into why the quality of the product was horrible. Nevertheless, the screen was acting up so I couldn't do anything on it. I called them up the third week it acted up. Might I also note that the product was literally two weeks old when it was starting to have problems and I couldn't return it to the store due to a 14-day return policy.

I did the warranty claim, whatever. Charged me money to ship the product back to them. They had my broken tablet for two months, nearly the entire summer. Never told me why until I called them up and they told me the repair parts for my tablet was "backordered".

After almost three months, they sent me a brand new replacement. I sold it online and never wanted to deal with this company again. For those three months that this tablet was at the "warehouse to fix", I purchased myself an iPad and didn't have a problem since.

A fire broke out because of the air conditioner that we'd bought 1,5 years ago and they don't cover the loss. When my husband started the maschine, he felt a smell of cable and shut down the air cond. Then he called the technical service and they said the smell came from the dust stucked into the air conditioner and they would come the nex day. About 15-20 min. later, the air conditioner started to burn while closed! After all, we got survey report and the reason of the fire was proved, the fire was coming directly from the air conditioner and we called the authorised company in Antalya/TURKEY and they don't accept to cover the loss and also accuse us having not serviced the machine. But the service did not even come despite the smell of cable! Isn't it obvious that it could be sth serious??? We are suing right now and suggest everybody not to buy their products!

I have had a home pc since 1977 when I bought an Atari P.E.T. that you had to type in the programs for. The Toshiba Satellite laptop I bought is he worst electronic item I have ever bought since then. I should have built my own, and because I am capable of that I did not purchase the expensive warrenty. I Thought, (I feel silly) that 30 days would be enough to tell me if this product should be sent back. On the 31st day of ownership the touch screen stopped working. It was built without a raised edge that the fan could vent hot air through, and I was pretty sure that was the problem, as I could hear the fan. I called Toshiba and was told I'd have to pay if I wanted to talk to anyone for any reason. This laptop blows in other ways too. The keys on the keyboard are spaced wrong, and I type faster than the keys can record, apparently. I've been tempted to throw it out the window more than once. I will never buy another Toshiba anything, or reccomend it to anyone.
