Stay away. They are awful.

So unprofessional, the company im using gets commission from these and can’t get passed the stage of affordability, been currently waiting over a week for just a 15 minute call on affordability. No call on appointment day, just another corrupt company with unprofessional mongs

Most unprofessional service ever, man on phone was rude obnoxious and did not listen to a thing I said. Just wanted to show his importance. I was trying to get a shared ownership property and he invented his own story as he was too concerned with listening to the sound of his own voice. Then even had the audacity to tell the housing association I could not prove where money was coming from when I actually could do and was telling him that but he was too into his own condescending speech to LISTEN

Asked for all my information, which I gave them. They acknowledged. Then an utterly useless person called me to discuss my income of £30 per month!! I asked her what she was talking about. She claimed nothing had been sent. I told her it had and I had the acknowledgement, I've never been refused a loan or mortgage in my life but in 5 minutes she decided I didn't earn enough, even though she had incorrect information and had no idea how much I wanted to borrow or for how long. Red mist descended. They're going to call me next week. What an absolutely useless shower.

I was recommended TMP for the process of my first mortgage.
I was given up on pretty much straight away. And told to go away and speak to them again in 6 months or go for a house of a cheaper value. Applied for a house via shared ownership with a cheaper value as they advised. Never got back to me. I felt very let down and wanted to give up. Luckily the original property developers put me in touch with a far better company who were helpful, considerate and professional. And had the time and care to do there job and I now have my first house.
TMP didn’t want to help me at all. Couldn’t be bothered with there jobs. Wouldn’t recommend.

We used TMP for Our mortgage to buy with Shared Ownership. We dealt with Two gentleman Joshua & David. We can't thank them enough as we finally buy our First Family Home after years & years & years of let down!
TMP were always there to answer any questions we had. They are friendly. Yes you do need to send Alot of Documentation but this you do anyway with anyone else! We had a good experience. Thank You.

Recently, I sent an email with all the requested documents.
10 days later I enquired, as they made no attempt to contact me or keeping me in the loop.

They claim they did not receive anything. Somehow it got lost, even though I can see all the attachments sent.

Their calculations are also wrong as they are probably unable to read a simple payslip.

We had to go through TMP for a shared ownership property, we passed the initial assessment so the estate agent would then provide us with a Memorandum of Sale and everything was going well. TMP then had to complete a full sign off for us proceed and complete the sale and after sending various further documents despite uploading everything they had requested they didn't pass us on the final checks.
TMP then recommended to speak to another broker if they could help then we could go back to TMP for them to sign it off, and after speaking with another broker the next day I wad contacted by the housing association that they would not be proceeding as TMP had failed us on the final checks, so I didn't even get a chance to go elsewhere, and they TMP failed to mention what they had advised me to do!
We lost out on the property, so definitely look elsewhere and stay clear of TMP

Used TMP to get my initial mortgage offer on my home, I dealt with Paul the first time around who was fantastic and very helpful. Being a first time buyer he really made things less stressful for me. HOWEVER, now I’m at the stage of needing to sort a new fixed rate deal due to my current deal expiring after 2 years, I have been put into contact with Hannah who quite frankly I shouldn’t have wasted my breath on the phone call with. She spent 30 mins quizzing me on every possible transaction on my bank statement to then ghost me for 2 weeks and not send over any prospective mortgage deals. I have now opted to arrange my re mortgage through another broker as they seemed to actually care about my business. It’s a real shame as I had such a great experience with Paul the first time around, maybe he could teach Hannah a lesson in customer care.

TMP I would Highly recommend!
I used TMP for my shared ownership property, I didnt have a clue what I was doing as it was my first time mortgage and on my own. Lorna and Ian were absolutely superb they helped and advised with every step of the way. I found the whole experience of getting a mortgage on my own very daunting and overwhelming however Lorna would reply immediately to any questions that I had she helped make the situation less stressful. They were very efficient and did everything they could to help me. I would definately recommend. I am now one month into living in my new home, I feel so thankful and blessed. I owe a massive thankyou to Lorna and Ian for going above and beyond and getting me through the mortgage process and even chasing up the solicitors for me!! THANKYOU GUYS

Used TMP for our mortgage for our property, we had a bit of a shaky start but then was swapped over to Lorna who changed the whole experience for us ! Lorna answered all of our questions and made sure we we're kept up to date the whole way and made the process a lot smoother for us!

I am so glad I picked TMP when buying my new house. Starting with John who was my first contact within TMP. He was very helpful and guided me through every stage and explained things in simple terms, as a first time buyer this was exactly what I needed! I was worried while working full time it would be difficult for me to arrange calls but John managed to fit in around my schedule and it was never too much trouble.
What I thought may of been stressful was made easier by the wonderful Lorna! She guided me through every stage of sending all my documents and we have spent a lot of time emailing back and forth to make sure everything was accepted first time.
Both are super friendly and made everything very personal, I never felt like I was just a ‘client’ to them.

asking for documents for a flat my 68 year old father was going to buy cash hes living in thailand and moving back home the docs the requested were a joke why do they need these when it was a cash buy i bet the seller isnt very happy the compan is a joke

Found my experience of the affordability check a waste of time. I’ve spoke to other brokers and know where I stand but a developer wanted me to go through these guys.
Has a very odd and strangely strict criteria citing rules for how they asses applicants, that no brokers I have spoken to use. I don’t believe some of the of the information I was told either
Wouldn’t recommend to be honest.

Ask many times for a phone call remortgage no 1 got back to me used before but always did something wrong will not use again
