Unfortunately our experience with LandC was not great. We made our first phone appointment which they did not show up for. We got a call after the appointment window to try and reschedule. I’ll give credit to the person on the call who was professional and extremely apologetic, so a new appointment was agreed. Unfortunately they were also a no show on the second appointment too. This time we were only contacted 2 hours after the second appointment was due to take place to explain the no show. I get that things happen but a simple text or notification would have been helpful instead us wasting more time waiting for a call that never comes. We need a company that respects its customers time and communicates with us in a timely manner.

I would give no stars if possible. This company is wasting my time two call backs missed and the person I spoke to was not telling the truth. It's like dealing with a dodgy used car salesman. Buyer beware!!

This was my third consecutive time completing a two year fix through L&C. Corey Smith was fantastic from start to finish throughout the process. Given that rates are changing rapidly it was very comforting having Corey completing his investigations very quickly and providing prompt updates as and when he had promised. I will definitely be hoping to have Corey on the case next time. Although I must say the advisor I had in the past (Joe) was equally as good!

L&C can lock in a mortgage for you very quickly if you get all paperwork done and payslip to them quick. With the current turbulence in the market, it's good place if you need quick action, as banks need you to book an appointment in the next week normally if you do it yourself.
