Leak fixed!!!

The remedial guys who came round to fix a massive leak in my bedroom window were amazing. They were professional and efficient. They answered all of my questions patiently and cleaned up after themselves. Great team!

5 star for T& K home improvement

T& K sent their representative to my house who spent time listening to what I wanted to do and achieve. He came with the actual sample window for me to see and use as demonstration. He took measurements accurately and was honest to what is doable , time frame and advantage of selecting one window and door type to another that enabled me make an informed decision. I was allowed time to think it through and not rushed. The pricing was good value for money, better than other quotes. They responded to my queries and the fitter also came on time and fitted the doors and windows promptly as proposed. I was told three days and it was that and there was no need to extend it. The fitters kept my house tidy and cleared up all rubbish at the end and my house was in clean condition. My house is warm and doors and windows well fitted/ amazing and am loving it. I will recommend T&K and installers (fitters) for their professionalism, high quality service and value for money. They added value to my home.

Window Replacement
The work was completed on the day and in the timescale quoted. The work team were careful and left everything clean and tidy. A job well done.

Lovely service from start to finish

Lovely service from start to finish. Both men were professional, polite and explained the procedure.
We are so happy with our new door and get loads of compliments. We pass on T&K details a lot

Front & Back Door

Excellent experience and value for money with T&K. Fitters were professional, efficient and tidy - clearing up everything before they left. Quality is excellent and doors look amazing. Very happy customers!

Excellent experience

A reasonable quote and I liked that they didn’t use high pressure tactics to secure the sale. They fitted two doors and were very professional throughout. I would be happy to recommend them. TLC

Great service

Everyone was very helpful, from helping us choose and order our new front door and windows to having them fitted. The installation was arranged quickly so we could have them fitted before our holiday. The fitters did a great job and left everywhere very clean and tidy. We are really pleased, particularly with the new front door which looks very smart in dark navy blue.

Front door and glass side panel

Despite the scheduled team’s van breaking down on the way to us, T&K got another team together and the door was fitted the same day.
A few minor problems were rectified a few days later.
Happy with the door, good quality product and looks fabulous.

I cannot recommend these guys enough

I cannot recommend these guys enough. From the initial first meet right through to completion of the job.
We never felt hurried or pressured into decisions. The installation was done on the agreed date and the team were considerate and efficient. So happy we are getting them back to do more work.
