Scammers AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Scammers, take your money and don’t do anything after. They sell an inferior product and just lie to you. Georgie is a liar, thief and a scammer. They charge you extra money for a product that is not reinforced, measured incorrectly and installed with glass that isn’t energy efficient.

Paul & Allan were really great and focused on the job. Also friendly and easy to communicate with. A security door restrictor was missing - Another Paul (at HQ) sent it out via Uber to ensure all the job was completed on the same day! What great service!! The end result was excellent. Sales team were great. Not at all pushy and explained all of our options.
Fitters: Ashley & Kieran were brilliant.
They arrived at the time they said they would. Were tidy, courteous and worked without a break to get the job done.
They made sure we knew how to operate the features of the door and windows and how to register the door keys so as to order more if necessary.
There was a reason we stuck with Hainault Home Improvements since moving from our last house and this just cemented it.
We would definitely use them again and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Ashley and Kieran have just fitted a new lounge door, windows, upstairs window and new sill . Both were very professional, and on completion of work both rooms were left clean and tidy.

I just had a compasit street door fitted by these guys and the whole experience from start to finish has been great big thanks to Harry the fitter great job .I had a slight problem with the door lining up a few days later and after a phone call they sent someone with in the hour to put it right

Professional, quality and great experience
Found them in Which? magazine and recommended by our neighbours, we recently replaced 3 bay windows, 2 small windows and the main door. Jordan from the front desk was amazing in helping with the order and accommodating all our requests. Installation was planned in 4 weeks time and the installation team Paul and Alan were very friendly and professional. They fitted them in promised time and left a great finish.

from the time I contacted HHI the team…
from the time I contacted HHI the team were instantly on it, the measure was done within 2 days and the Bifolds were installed after just 3 weeks! the fitters were first class and on completion left everything spotless.
I would not go anywhere else for windows, doors or conservatories.

I had new loft windows which were of high quality and the fitting was completed by two fitters to a very high standard. They were clean and very careful.

Hainault Home Improvements LTD is great…
Hainault Home Improvements LTD is great at their workmanship, they are prompt with their quote and reasonable with pricing as well as lead time of manufacturing. I would recommend this company to any customer, who looks for honest delivery of work with high quality products.
A few years ago, they also replaced the communal windows and doors of my flat, which I took their business card. Liaising with them, I then decided to go ahead with the renewal of my windows of my flat, they came and scoped the window replacement work in a promptly manner. The price was realistic and of good value, considering that the window products were of high quality.
I believe that they deserve highest rating, as an owner of a property, you just want the installation work to be carried by professionals, with stress free experience.

When ordering the door they helped us…
When ordering the door they helped us go through all the different options and were never telling us what we should have but left it up to us
Spencer (the fitter) arrived on time, took away the old door, fitted the new door, and explained about care and maintenance all within a four hour slot
He was very polite and professional and cleaned up after himself
We are very happy with our new front door, it looks amazing
