Online Order
Ordering online was super simple and easy. So many great quality products at great prices. Some things were out of stock that I needed but that’s just testament to their popularity I suppose. Everything packed up and shipped at a quick pace. 1 star for the delivery folks, they seemed to have dropped and stomped on my box… luckily was packed extra carefully by Vanilla valley so nothing was broken. Would recommend checking them out 👍

Excellent customer service
Have been searching for a while for a tiered stand large enough for the numbers attending our wedding… Vanilla Valley had quite a lot of choice and reasonably priced. Wasn’t sure if the one we chose was going to be strong enough to cope with the weight but it’s pretty sturdy.
What impressed me most was how quickly everything was sorted, ordered the stand ate in the evening on Monday, it arrived Wednesday… unfortunately two pieces had been cracked at some point… so called the office Thursday, couldn’t have been more helpful and sent the spare parts over… was there waiting when we got back from work on Friday! Faultless… couldn’t be more pleased and will certainly use again..

Vastaus yritykseltä The Vanilla Valley
Hello Louise,
We’re sorry to hear that the product wasn’t ready to roll as expected and that you experienced streaking, particularly with a 5kg quantity. We completely understand how frustrating it is to have to spend extra time mixing the product out when it should be ready to use.
We appreciate you taking the time to flag this with us. As this is a product we source from our supplier, we’ll also raise your feedback with them so they can investigate the issue. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Vastaus yritykseltä The Vanilla Valley
Hello Sarah,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived later than expected, particularly as you had paid for next-day delivery and no longer needed the items.
We have checked the delivery details and can see that your order was due to arrive on the 2nd and was delivered on the 3rd, so unfortunately it was one day later than expected. As we weren’t contacted about the delay, we were unaware that there had been an issue with the delivery.
We completely understand how frustrating this can be when you’re relying on an order arriving by a particular date. We’ll be sure to pass your feedback on to the courier.
If you’d like to discuss your order or the delivery further, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to help.
