I have been shopping with Vanilla…
I have been shopping with Vanilla Valley for over five years for my cake business, and I can honestly say they have been very reliable. Their website has changed over the years, and they have introduced new features and products, which I think is a great idea and makes shopping even better.
Recently, I ordered a cake dummy, but unfortunately, the wrong one was sent to me by mistake. However, their team was able to resolve the issue and send me the correct one I needed. I really appreciate how they handled the situation and put things right.
It is reassuring to shop with a company that values its customers and is willing to correct mistakes when they happen. I would highly recommend Vanilla Valley to anyone looking for cake decorating supplies, whether you run a cake business or simply enjoy baking and decorating cakes at home.
Thank you, Vanilla Valley, for your continued reliability and good service over the years. I look forward to shopping with you for many more years to come!
