The communication was seamless and my issue resolved with minimal stress.

In-store is fine, apart from lack of stock at times.
But not online it is not fine.
1st issue: placed an order online 04/03/26, paid £5.99 for next day delivery. Found out courier is Evri (worst courier company ever), Entertainer WHY do you use them!?. Never have I had a good experience with Evri. 07/03/26, Evri still processing, order still not out for delivery.
2nd issue: Did live chat just earlier, told by bot will put me through to (actual) agent, then bot said sorry taking so long, even though is hadn't been. Got connected to: Jamie-Lee.D (no problem with them, as being helpful) but the bot says sorry taking so long, then give me link, making it end the chat. I try the chat again, bot says same thing, sorry about the wait (even though it had been seconds), I get through to Laeeqah M, (again no problem with the agent), but same thing happens with the bot saying its taking so long, sending me the link, cutting off my conversation with the agent again. Both times I didn't even get the chance to explain anything, (The bot doesn't know I'm now doing live chat!, therefore useless having it!).
3rd issue: My youngest Son who is 16, has special needs, he collects Fugglers. They have a new various food Fugglers (they weren't in-store), so I went online to purchase some, but I didn't bother as you cant choose what one you want, (you could in-store but none left, its not a mystery one where its in a foil bag you cant see), but online it said they are sent at random. So budget wise I could order some, then next time I get paid, order but end up with a duplicate. How ridiculous!.
Many stores have sadly closed, but with these issues mentioned and other ones that customers may have faced but don't say anything, just walk away, it just doesn't help the company and their sales. Customers are not at fault here but The Entertainer aren't helping the customer or their company.

Ordered an online only item, received a text from courier a few days later that it’ll be delivered…didn’t arrive. It finally arrived the following day only for it to be the wrong item..phoned up customer services who requested I send a photo and they’ll get back to me with a response from the supplier - no response for several days. Phoned again and asked what’s going on, was told I’d get an email of when they’ll pick up the wrong item so my correct item can be ordered- no email. Phoned yet again and was told the supplier will pick it up same day- no courier.
They are yet to deliver my correct item and pick up the wrong one.
Absolute shambles of a company and their suppliers/couriers. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with ordering through them.
At this point, I might just ask for a refund, unfortunately my item is now out of stock! Awful experience, never ordering through them again.
UPDATE- Phoned yet again after writing this review and got told the exact same thing “courier will come and collect today or tomorrow and once they have it, your item will be replaced straight away” …still no courier. Phoned again and just asked for a refund in the end as it was becoming a joke - Hopefully I get my money back as quick as they took it for an item I never received!
Finally did get a text from the supplier and arranged a pick up for the wrong item.

Customer services resolved my issue super quick.

Ordered some toys a few weeks ago for my daughter’s birthday. Wrapped them and opened them a few weeks later and realised one of the toys had snapped so was unusable. Contacted Customer Services and they have arranged a replacement to be delivered the next day.

All other toys arrived quickly when first ordered and are in great condition.

my order since November 2025 missing order as i’m in an apartment block so i hate my parcels being left unattended. been ignored via email, whats app and now left on hold on phone 15mins TERRIBLE online customer service. no body can seem to make a decision or want to deal with the issue.

I sent an item to an incorrect address, but Jamie-Lee sorted out the situation with ease, great to deal with.

Received a faulty item but Sharnee from customer service sent me a replacement out for free with express shipping to ensure I had the item for when I needed it

I placed an order and realised I had made a mistake with the delivery address. I tried to reach customer service via the chat bot and WhatsApp but didn't hear back very quickly so I decided to pick up the phone. The service I received from Sharnee was excellent. She sorted out the issues I had and had a lovely manner on the phone. She also replied to my WhatsApp chat after I had spoken to her to confirm it was all sorted. I look forward to receiving my delivery.

Resolved an issue with my ordered quickly and without any issues

After buying a faulty product in store, I had a few issues with communicating with customer care over a number of days. However, I’m giving 5 stars to a wonderful employee called Jamie-Lee who quickly helped me and issued the gift card refund immediately. Their service was very much appreciated and they really helped me. Thank you Jamie-Lee😊
