The website is poor and has been for years. Glitches, incorrect stock values, crashing and not applying discounts codes.
I made contact and was told my equipment was faulty.
Sorry, it's your website. If you cared you would respond to the considerable customer complaints regarding this issue.

I had an issue with an order I placed and got in contact with the customer service and talked to someone called sharnee, she was really helpful and responded quickly and got it sorted for me.

I spoke to sharnee through whatsapp to get an order cancelled and she was top notch very polite and sorted my cancellation out quickly very pleased with the customer service from sharnee and the quick responses

I bought a large yellow box of lego for my son for Christmas. It was £20.so not that cheap. I was expecting it to be filled with lego as shown on the label but instead it wasn't even a quarter full.
There was not much in.it at all which was very disappointing for the.amount I paid.

Don't bother using the online stock check before visiting a store. We checked online that the item my son wanted was in stock before travelling only to find that the shop had been sold out for a while and that the stock showing on the website isn't accurate. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought a gift going to London. Recipient wasn't in so I got a message to say it would be available to collect from *Manchester*!!! Phoned up to explain why this wasn't possible - being on the other side of the country and customer service said they would sort redelivery. Never did. Then they cancelled in order to re order it but did so before checking it was actually available. Ended up eventually after a lot of back and forth with a refund for the product but not the delivery. Never responded to complaints. Will never use again. Would advise to avoid.

I paid extra for next day delivery but the delivery didn't turn up on time, i spoke with Sharnee at customer services who was amazing and refunded my postage back to me, thats great service! Thanks Sharnee!

Tried to order something for click and collect, and they tried to randomize the product. I ordered something SPECIFIC from the website. It was generally dreadful experience and now my family blames me for losing £20. Literally only good for shitty plastic toys for babies.

The lovely Sharnee helped me cancel my order. She actioned my request in under 5 minutes and couldn’t be lovelier 10/10 .

I will no longer be shopping here as when I last visited noticed they are selling expensive beauty products correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t this a toy shop children should be children having spent a lot of time and money I this shop I will now be buying elsewhere
