My order never went through but payment was taken so got in contact and got help from Refiloe was very helpful and polite and got the issue sorted out great customer service.

Customer service is rubbish. I ordered 2 items. Only 1 turned up. Had to send proof of this to which I did. Kept requesting a replacement, to which they kept closing my email tickets. Honestly they have made the process so slow and unprofessional. They were happy to close the ticket and let me be without my item and a refund until I kicked up more fuss.

So much hassle.

Really wish I hadn’t bothered

Wrong item sent. I ordered a play house and the parcel is too big for the house. Phoned customer service to request for 1) the wrong item to be collected, and 2) the right item to be sent in parallel. Customer service agreed but was so slow. 3 days later and still no action taken other than “ticket raised”. Disappointing and not sure I’d order again in the future.

Ordered something without the knowledge that it was out of stock, with no idea when or even if it will be back in stock.
Will not be buying from them again and will be looking to take it further.

I had an issue with a refund from a product i ordered. I contacted cusomter service and spoke to Sharnee. She was excellent and sorting my issues out and providing me my refund promptly. Great service.

Do not buy anything online from The Entertainer.

My order was never dispatched and I have spent almost a week trying to get a refund. It's 10 days since I placed the order and I still only have a partial refund.

The humans you speak to on the phone do not action anything or get back to you despite promising to.

The online form opens a ticket that is then handled by multiple different people who do not immediately solve the issue.

I don't understand how they function as a business, they are an absolute shambles. Just go to Smyths instead where the customer service is amazing!

Kyle N from Customer service is really good and quick responses via email. Purchased Disney Pixar colour changer which had a issue and didn't change colour so via customer service last week managed to get replacement sent out but had the same problem which makes me think it's a production issue. However Kyle understood and allowed me to exchange for a different colour changer car. So can't fault the customer service at all 😊

I had several items arrive damaged due to improper packing. I got one item refunded as it was out of stock and was promised replacements for the other two. It’s been over a week of trying to confirm wether or not this has been actioned and I haven’t been given a straight answer.

Unprofessional, unreliable and not trustworthy. I purchased the items on the 20th May with an expected delivery by the 25th May. I chased all day 26th May as the items had not arrived to be informed that a manager would call me back and the items would be delivered by 9pm on the 26th May. However, I had to chase a further three times to chase the manager but I didn’t receive a response back. The items did not arrive again therefore, the next day I contacted the company again and spoke with the manager who confirmed they would call me back by 3pm to inform me of the expected delivery date. However, I did not receive a call back and was told that the manager was too busy to speak with me but had refunded my items. The presents were for my 5 year olds son birthday present and the lack of empathy, compassion and customer service is inadequate. The professional courtesy to agree to contact myself multiply times and all levels throughout the company and not fulfil the expectation is deeply disappointing. I will never be using this store again and will revert to other toy stores.

I took my autistic daughter down to this shop Coventry lower precinct today to spend some of her money on Pokémon cards, but was met with discrimination by the manager and til worker, because she was talking to the lady in front of her who also had a disabled child they refused both of them service under nonsense reasons such like
"They were seen talking in the queue, they are together" which wasn't the case I went in to show it was my bank card and physical id because of my own physical disabilities not being able to stand in qué I had my daughter stand and wait, and we didn't arrive there til 8:46am and was lucky to be 3rd in qué or so we thought, this then changed to my behaviour on challenging the staffs blanket accusation then it was they had apparently been given phone calls before they opened saying that my daughter and others had been reported to been seen in groups and my daughter apparently was with this woman and child which again is nonsense we had literally just arrived in the city centre and had just come from raymans and this lady was already there.
Shop policy is per customer not "we can say who is or isn't in a group" and then make excuses not to give service.
This experience has also been reported to corporate office overall a negative experience that didn't just effect me and my daughter but entire qué of people that had been in qué from 8.46 onwards for the shop opening at 9.30am just to be refused on baseless grounds. I would avoid this particular branch of the shop and go elsewhere. This isn't customer service it's discrimination and after being a shopper there for nearly 13 years I won't be returning there. Workers like them destroy good businesses with this terrible power tripping behaviour. It needs to be addressed asap before people stop shopping there altogether. Normally my experience in this shop is positive never a bad word but today sealed it for me. There are better options like toytown to go to and get the same products with better staff attitude, energy and prices.

I ordered a slide for my granddaughters birthday
When It didn't arrive when stated I messaged customer service to enquire to be told it had gone to the wrong hub someone had printed the wrong label but it was sorted and now on its way
My parcel finally arrived after her birthday to find missing items
We can't even put it together its just sat in the box
After messaging again I'm told I have to wait for the warehouse to respond to see if they even have the parts
So unprofessional !!
I won't be ordering again
