I ordered some toys and due to the order being delayed, I wanted a refund as it says on the website, if the order is not picked up then the money will be refunded. However,I didn't receive anything for a whole month. I contacted customer service and lovely Sharnee was really helpful, identified the issue and processed the refund right away ✅️

Although I never received my item as it got lost in transit costumer service Michelle s dealt with my inquiry, and was very prompt with replying and a
refund was sent straight away with a full apology.

The on line service was the worst, however i managed to get through to a customer service operative named Laeeqah from then on it was the best. Laeequh handled my request quickly, courteously, nothing was to much trouble & kept me informed, the outcome was well to my satisfaction.

Im still waiting for a email to confirm ive cancelled my click and collect order. You happily took my money. Took a over a hour to get the order ready, i had to leave the area & ive cancelled the order, i did not collect the items, am waiting for a email and my refund and 4 days later, no email to confirm cancelation. First and last time. Im going to call and make a complaint tomorow

Truly terrible "customer service"
Absolutely impossible to try and return something from an online sale, they send you round in circles. Then when you finally get to speak to someone they dont actually give you ANY information on how to return the item.the first person I spoke to just disappeared from the live chat leaving me qith no one to speak to. Then tried to make a complaint as I was truly fed up with their service and they sent an email saying we have closed the matter. I hadn't even said why I was complaining. Will never ever order with this company again due to utter incompetence at every turn

I recently had an issue while placing an order to be sent to a friend’s son. Although I had entered a different shipping address, it was automatically pre-populated with my billing address without me realising, resulting in the order being sent to the wrong location.

I contacted customer services and spoke with Jamie-Lee, who was incredibly helpful and reassuring. They resolved the issue straight away, going above and beyond by cancelling the original order, reordering the item, and expediting the shipping to ensure it arrived on time.

I’m pleased to say that my friend’s son received the gift well before his birthday and was absolutely delighted with it.

Two orders I'd placed went missing after being left outside. I notified The Entertainer and after providing details, I was very kindly offered a full refund by, Kyle. An uncomfortable position to be in, but I was assured there was no problem. Thanks so much.

I received my order but the order was incorrect, I rang customer services and Jamie-Lee was amazing, she was super friendly, and resolved the matter within a matter of minutes, she talked me through step by step and was patient with me. PLEASE AVOID - if I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a gift and when it didn’t arrive by the ‘on or before’ date I contacted The Entertainer. No easy feat as it’s a chatbot and tells you a member of staff will respond (don’t hold your breath). The chatbot continually ‘ends’ the text conversation. Eventually after 3 days of querying and trying to contact, a member of staff emailed and said they would cancel and I’ve to re-order. But no mention of a refund sooooo not likely to order again. I asked specifically about a refund and was told they need to contact their supplier fist. My transaction is with The Entertainer not their supplier and they were happy to take my money but not so keen to return it. Disgustingly poor, actually non existent, customer service from the staff member who tried to engage me in an email argument?! Not playing email tennis, sorry, just give me my money back. Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. Out of pocket for an item they clearly were never sending. Appalling.
