What I ordered is what I got, it’s that simple. Order arrived a few days late(I believe due to the delivery company’s bank holiday policy) however the entertainer customer service team were very supportive and offered a partial refund for the delay.

Poor customer service. Placed an order and the promised click and collect date passed without any updates whatsoever. Still no contact or order.

Have tried contacting via several channels (email, chat, WhatsApp) but they don’t bother responding.

Awful company. No wonder we but from Amazon instead.

To whom it may concern Does your company acknowledge/reward staff who give excellent customer service? If you do I would like to put forward if I may an employee of yours who gave me and my son Kasper top quality, genuine customer service.
In this day and age it is unfortunate that as customers we do not come across more staff, more often, who smile, look customers in the eye and are sincere and genuine, with good old fashioned manners.
Rebeka at your Entertainer store in the Bridges shopping centre, Sunderland was always smiling, excellent manners, just the right amount of informality and a genuine fun person who clearly enjoys her role within your company.
Entertainer are very fortunate indeed to have Rebeka working for your company and she should be used to show other employees how to give excellent customer service

Items never arrived. Allegedly dispatched on 16 March with no tracking info and items never arrived.
My 7 year old is now £40 down from his birthday money with nothing to show for it. Never again!

There's nothing more frustrating than customer service correspondence, where they haven't read the notes. I was back and forth for 2 weeks with The Entertainer, trying to get the correct toy for my son, they sent the wrong one. I sent pictures of the problem, sent the product code and asked for a replacement. First they asked for the product code - please check my original email. Then they wanted to know if I wanted a refund or replacement - as per my original email, a replacement please. Next was the pictures - they're attached to my original email. Lastly they confirmed that I wanted a replacement - yes please! Now they've refunded me!! When I messaged again asking for the replacement, I've been told there's none in stock! OMG! So frustrating!!

Refiloe very helpful with my missing items. Following up with courier to get my delivery to me. Always like getting things from the entertainer for my kids

I’ve ordered a lot of stuff and ordered for next day delivery to be told it’s on its way to the courier as there has been a delay with my order upon looking at the latest reviews I’m concerned my parcels will not arrive :/ on a brighter note customer service was really helpful and has assured me it will be on the way to me shortly so thankyou to sharnee for you quick response and helpful and polite manner you have allowed me to give the company some sort of a good review otherwise this would just be a big complaint !!

Super impressed with the customer service today. Somehow my address and the delivery address got mixed up .... within half an hour all was sorted. No fuss, just efficient and excellent communications back to me.

Ordered a product, opted for standard delivery as there was plenty of time and it came too late. Not sure if this was entertainers fault or yodel, requested to return and was quickly sorted for collection. Kyle N was very helpful. The returns and tracking could be more clear or with a better user experience.

Good prices and mega block pokemon sets that very hard to find.
Didn't send a tracking with email to say dispatched, but an entertainer member Stanley sorted me with one quite quickly.

I was first unhappy about the reply coming after the item was dispatched (I wanted to cancel) and then had Evri has the delivery (I’ve had bad experiences with them) so was overall frustrated. Refiloe Was very kind and put in a cancellation with Evri returning the order.

Trying to place an order on their website for a delivery to my niece for her birthday 🎂 what a nightmare 3 failed attempts ! I purchased eventually from argos !far easier !!
4 times I In putted my details and delivery to my nieces house ....and 4 times it blended our adress for delivery !!! So it wouldn't have been delivered wat all 25 mins of faffing about to place an order ...jesus @!! Sort your website out !!! Purchased elsewhere something that should take 2 mins !!!

Viwe gave me very prompt and helpful customer service via Instagram DM. However, giving a rating of 4* as the customer service via form on the Entertainer website was very slow. Click and collect was not reliable, as the website incorrectly stated that the item would be available in 30mins, but it actually turned out to be 3 days.
