Picture is decieving. Thought I was getting a "pencil" and it just turned out to be refills.Now I can't find the correct pencil to use it in.

I purchased refills for my Lamy ball point pen from TheOnline Pen Company, the cost was reasonable and they arrived within a short period of time.
Fitted the refills and my Lamy pen writes wonderfully again.

I placed an order in late July for a birthday gift. The items appeared to be in stock, and the order confirmation said that items coming from a secondary warehouse would mean a slightly longer processing time, with the full order expected to dispatch within five working days.

When I chased the order, I was instead told that “order in” items added an additional ten working days and that several prompts had supposedly explained this during checkout. That did not match either my experience of ordering or the five-working-day timescale in the confirmation email.

Customer service then asked whether I was happy to wait. I replied explicitly that cancelling the order made no sense because the birthday had already passed and I still needed the items.

Despite that, the order was cancelled and refunded without my authority, followed by an email saying it had been cancelled “for you”.

The pending card transaction also remained visible, leaving me to spend time speaking to my credit card company before I felt able to reorder elsewhere. I eventually bought most of the same items from another retailer at a higher price - losing out to about 15 GBP.

Poor stock communication, contradictory timescales, and an extraordinary decision to cancel an order immediately after being told not to. I would not order from The Online Pen Company again.

I ordered some ink cartridges for my pen. They were competitively priced and arrived speedily. What more can one ask!

I like the range of colours of your posca pens and it’s also good that you are offering them at a reduced price. My only gripe is that if a particular colour is not available and you have to get it from your supplier, there is a week’s delay before you can send it to me.

It was ordered it was delivered on time , and the product was correct.

Insufficient packaging. Two clutch pencils ordered punctured through and were lost in transit. All I got was a package with a hole in it and a contents sheet, reflecting, what used to be in there.

I placed 2 orders. Great prices and offers.. so I placed first order on the 3rd of July, and regrets of not purchasing some items with my first order I went back and made another order the following day on the 4th of July.
To my understanding when going through checkout I believed it would be 48hr delivery with Royal mail. Great, a few days and they will be here. How wrong I was, I received an email for both orders saying all items on both orders were needing to be out sourced from suppliers or warehouse. The email said this would take up to 5 working days and items would be dispatched then. I attempted to use their 24hr customer service team. It took 6days for them to respond to that. I have been checking regularly to see the status of my orders, at the end of last week I noticed a couple of items had changed status to being received and dispatched, while others are still awaiting to receive from our source.
As a first time buyer from this company I can honestly say I wouldn't recommend and certainly wouldn't order again from here. I have since found suppliers like cult pens and others. It has now been 18days since I placed my order and the wait continues. Will update when, and if they arrive.
