Product wrapping not sufficient enough, the air freshner lid had come off during transportation, less than 3/4 of freshner left. Emailed company straight away still not received a response.

I should have read recent reviews - I wish I had because overall this is not good, I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this site. I ordered a Qu’ran and the quality was poor, it was dirty and the quality of the case was not good at all. I emailed the pictures and requested a refund and no response, trying multiple times. I have not heard back from the shop at all. It was supposed to be a gift for a 40th birthday, but I could not give it in the condition it arrived, so I unfortunately had to be embarrassed on their birthday without a gift for them.

I ordered 2 surah yaseen tasbih box at £4.99 both box's came damaged and in 1 box kajoor pack was open I have contacted them several time on the mobile number and email what is provided on website no response.i will not recommend buying off the islamic shop.
