Not yet received my order - received a telephone call on 25/12 asking if I still wanted my order as it had been returned undelivered- Islamic shop rechecked my address and said they would re send - hoping my order is still going to arrive and current delays due to bank holiday- but very disappointing experience to date

I initially purchased five prayer mats…
I initially purchased five prayer mats and had a smooth experience with no problems. Encouraged by this, our community group decided to order and pay for 25 mats. Unfortunately, this larger order never arrived, and I've been unable to reach anyone through phone, email, or webchat. It's been quite stressful and disheartening. At this point, my only option seems to be to address the issue with my bank.

order not received and no communication
I ordered 5 prayer mats and received these with no issue. As part of a community group we then ordered and paid for 25 more. These have not arrived and I cannot get any response from phone, email or webchat. I am at my wits end and so disappointed. The only thing i can now do is raise it with my bank.

Ordered more immediately, I forgot to add an item to my order so I contacted the seller who responded to me very quickly and corrected my orde. Five star service,product and delivery. Will definitely use again and share with others
