I was not charged immediately and was waiting for my account to be reviewed due to being a blue badge holder. I’ve now been notified that the payment failed yesterday however I have money in the account and have sent an email stating this and I’m yet to hear anything so dreading a fine coming through the door now that I cannot afford :(

These guys are not at all trustworthy, I do not believe they use proper security systems in the management of their payments and my experience matches those of the other 1* reviews I am reading here. Do not use them or let them have your payment details. Someone has used my card details on their account (i.e. associated with their own vehicle, not mine). I contacted the company and despite the urgency of this situation they have not replied to me. I obviously have stopped my card, but I am deeply concerned that my credit card details have been erroneously kept on their computer system for sometime without my knowing and having raised this issue with the company no one has got in touch with me. I will not be using this company and do not recommend it to others.

I was not aware of hozah parking when I was parking at my local multi story car park, after paying £3.50 at the machine i was approached by one of the hozah reps explaining to me that the carpark was now set up with hozah ANRP gave me a leaflet explaining how to set it up. the same day I set hozah account up thinking brilliant will not have to queue for ticket machine when parking. 5 mins later I got a notification saying I got a £3.75 charge for parking which I had already paid £3.50 at the machine, I complained to hozah they gave me the £3.50 i had paid at the machine and took the £3.75 so be careful if you have already paid at the machine and then setup hozah account

Went to South pier carpark lowestoft.Paid cash and they still took money out of my bank.how?I don't know?

Very easy to use no tickets basically park and go and never been over charged

Much simpler to park with auto pay.

Very simple to register, have no worries once parked

This carpark is situated in a convenient part of Wrexham with easy access it is so simple to drive in and out without worrying about queuing

The best thing since sliced bread, Just drive in and drive out, no waiting in the cold and wet to pay at the machine, I'm so glad I joined Hozah.

Very easy and convenient to use. Reliable with excellent communication regarding payment amount and when it will be taken. I'd be happy for all car parks to operate using Hozah and intentionally chose the areas where Hozah is possible.
Using Hozah saves time and it's completely hassle free. I once had a query regarding payment which was swiftly answered.
I strongly recommend using Hozah.

No hassle, you take the fee required, no problem. It's a shame other parking providers can't be as good.

Avoid these fraudsters, I'm being charged for parking in carparks I'm 300 miles from, I've had to remove my car from this site, stop all card payments and still I receive notification of attempted charges on my credit card. £10 in 8 days. If these clowns send a debt collection mob after me which I'm guessing will happen in the future. Avoid Avoid Avoid you are warned.

I used Hozah on one occassion but recently (following the sale of our car a few months ago) I received a parking notice. I contacted Hozah with evidence of our sale and no charges were made.

I found Hozah good to communicate with. Sometimes we are quick to complain on review sites. It is also good to mention when someone has done well.

It works amazing and very effectively. We never had issues with the auto parking
