On the 19th December, I sent an email to formally complain about on going issues i’ve had since purchasing my car, that I have only had for a total of 8 months. After various phone calls and being told to ‘just wait until my next service’ I felt it was necessary to take another step. It has now been two weeks without my car, which I rely on for work, and I still haven’t received any response to my email. To say i’m disappointed with this service is an understatement.

The Tunbridge Wells branch was extremely helpful regarding my recent visit to have a small wing mirror repair and battery cover fixed.Marlon was incredibly helpful assisting in the set up of my vehicle I would also like to thank Hannah & Taylor for their professionalism.

I bought my special edition new reg car, sight unseen, from Thames Motor Group, Slough and at every step they were exemplary. My initial enquiry was Wednesday and the car was delivered to my home before 10am today, Saturday.

My salesman was Paul Duncan. You could not find a warmer, more helpful salesperson. He took multiple videos, let me know exactly what would happen and when and was an honest and easy person to deal with.

I was offered a fair price for my existing car as trade in (better than WeBuyAnyCar with no need for an inspection beyond photos or any attempt to reduce the price offered). The new car was also offered with a decent discount. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought and sold a number of cars including several other brand new vehicles.

Whilst Paul was brilliant, he isn't the only person I want to praise. The phones were always answered immediately and everyone I spoke to was polite, professional and friendly. Messages were always passed on. Scott, our delivery driver, was charming. My impression is that everyone I spoke to is proud and happy to be working for this company. I recommend them without hesitation and if you are lucky enough to deal with Paul, you are in safe hands. Paul, if you are reading this, I love love love the new car.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Thames Motors Slough have been repairing my diesel Jeep. A difficult problem - sensors and electronics etc. At the same time I have had a second car of a different make in a different garage (not Thames Motor Group) with similar problems, so I have something to compare with.

I am very happy to say that Thames Motors Slough have really taken care of us. They have been supportive in every way and are easily the best garage I have dealt with in 40 years of car ownership.

I have total confidence that they are doing the best for their customers. They will get my business from now on.

Appalling service. Went into their showroom and waited at least 45 mins. No sales person available. Decided to give them a second chance. Valued my vehicle at a certain price then the week after, came back with a price two thousand pound less. An error he claimed. Very very poor

Great experience at Thames Motor Ltd Tonbridge Wells in February 2024. I had made a decision to sell our Audi A3 after eight years.

My husband and I wanted to have a look at a Fiat 500 so we were walking around the show room. Then came across two Fiat Arbath 595 instead.

Omg what beautiful cars 🚙 Issac popped over and spoke to us about the two we had our eyes on. No hard sell just information on what each car can do.

I have brought cars in the past but never found the experience so enjoyable, within two hours we had brought our forever car. I would never choose a different make of car again.

Great experience with these guys! I sold my car to them through motorway UK, received payment quickly, they settled my finance for me, absolutely no hassle at all. I stayed in touch with Hugo who was really great at keeping in contact with me. Hugo answered all my queries promptly and I was very happy with the service. I bought my Fiat in December from Paul Duncan, he was super helpful and informed and went out of his way to help.

We've had a couple of electrics issues on the car and the company has been quick to book the car in and check the issues.

I recommend the group highly, and specifically Paul.

Jeep very happy to be charming when you are spending £60,000.00 - £70,000.00 on a new Jeep but when there is a problem the customer is a liar and they have no interest in helping you or answering your requests to speak with a Director of the company to try and get issues resolved. Our new Jeep has issues with the drive bushes, drivers seat, petrol cap, missing part of the interior. Have spent 4 days and many hours going backwards and forwards to Tunbridge Wells from Greenwich. There is no account for my time yet Jeep charge over £250.00 per hour plus for their time, its absurd & rude. We have all experienced this inequality in business today as the customer; the customer is not first, they are beyond last. We have tried to be charming and polite but Jeep have been rude and crude and called my wife and I "liars". It is such a shame to be treated this way, though it seems to be the norm nowdays. Court action might be the only language these business people understand!

From the first contact re my new Fiat 500e cabrio I couldn’t fault the professionalism, quickness and patience shown to me throughout the entire purchase procedure and delivery to my own front door.

Bought a new Abarth 695 over the phone after speaking with Sam and it was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. We got the car delivered as we are not local and Sam made sure everything ran smoothly, I couldn't fault anything. I would 100% recommend using Thames Motor Group, even if you are not local.
