Express Essential SV6110G0 Steam Generator Iron - White / Ruby Red
This iron is good but does not have a maximum water line indicator. Thought my iron was faulty but customer services said that is how this model is. I see this as a safety risk due to overfilling.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order placed on June 20, 2026. Upon receiving the product, I found that it was not properly packed, resulting in a damaged box. This experience has been frustrating and wasted my time.

Tefal Shopee PH. Never again. I bought their compacr rice cooker last July 2025. The unit wasn't heating on Feb 2026 so I brought it to their authorized service center. Took me 4 months to get my unit. I talked to their Shopee CS but they told me they can't do anything until I warned them that I will escalate to DTI. I understand service centers are separate entity from the manufacturer but how can I even trust their product when it's easily broken and warranty sucks

Good for about 10 cooks and then the coating starts coming off
Love me some toxic material in my food. Stay away. Not worth it at all

12 months after I bought the Tefal cordless vacuum - cheap plastic that rattles, poor suction, the cleaning nozzle snapped in the joint and I had to pay £58 to replace it. Oh, after paying £299 you can now buy the same product from Tesco for £99.
Also have their iron, poor quality and air fryer. Stay away from their products

Paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery. Haven’t received product, update, or explanation. However, Tefal have all my money….

I bought an oven in Feb 2026, and it was faulty just after 3 months. The timer takes more than 1 hour to run a 15 minutes task. I contacted the service centre through WhatsApp as it is still under warranty period. They did not reply after a few days. I contacted the salesperson from the retailer whom I purchased, who then gave me a fixed line to contact. The operator is a live human, but responded like a chatbot, who only know “bring the oven to service centre for repair”. The oven cost only 100 over dollars, and my transport costs to the repair centre is about 70 dollars, which is significantly inproportion. The company do not consider arranging for a courier pick up, reimburse my transport costs, nor a door step replacement. Which is in effect is as good as no warranty. The product is substandard as it goes faulty in just 3 months, and there is no customer service at all. The 2 year warranty is on paper only. Will never buy Tefal products again.

Not worth the premium price. It’s basically a stainless steel pan. The copper coating is washed off already:))). For the price it’s misleading.

If i could give less than 1 star, i would. Their customer service should be called “we will make you sorry you have ordered in the first place and won’t return your money”
Avoid at all costs

The iron was expensive and useless.

It did NOT remove any creases
It DID leave horrendous deposits on the clothes.

Customer Service rep was polite but refused to do anything about it.

I bought a vacuum/washer last July for approx £250.
A couple of weeks ago it started leaking after every use.
I contacted customer service and they asked me to do a video of the problem, which I did.
They arranged with DPD to have my faulty item picked up for repair. Unfortunately the courier arrived with a box that was too small so they rearranged for another courier who didn’t turn up.
I had another courier arrive today with another box which was smaller than the first.
Three days of my life have been wasted waiting for this item to be picked up so that I can then have it repaired and returned.
This process has taken almost two weeks and I will have to wait another two weeks for the repair and return.
The whole thing has been a shambles from Tefal who are obviously not giving the correct dimensions of the product.
I am now told another courier will come tomorrow but whether they will be supplied with the correct packaging is anyone’s guess!
If I get a refund it will have to be from Amazon as that is where I bought the product.
I wish I hadn’t bothered and would urge anyone else not to bother either!

I recently purchased the Tefal Pro Express Eco GV9E21G0 Steam Generator Iron in Forest Green, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best household investments I’ve made.

From the first use, the power of the steam output really stood out. It glides effortlessly over clothes and removes even stubborn creases in seconds, making ironing far quicker and less of a chore. The Eco mode is a brilliant feature too—it still delivers impressive performance while helping reduce energy use, which is a huge bonus.

The large water tank is incredibly convenient, especially when tackling bigger loads, as I don’t have to keep stopping to refill. I also love the smart thermostat technology—it takes the guesswork out of adjusting temperatures and gives me confidence when ironing more delicate fabrics.

A huge shout out to Tefal, I left the pan on the hob overnight (by accident, not like me at all!), I woke up to discover this but there was no fire and the pan still cleaned up really well despite throroughly being burnt last all night. It also has not warped, actually very surprised!

Onna side note, make sure you switch your hobs after use and make sure they're definately off at the wall 😅

Avoid this garbage company at ALL costs! Their products are total RUBBISH! I had a blender that leaked everywhere and a food processor that did the same! Returned everything! And their customer service department are pure TRASH! Avoid them too. Just horrible.

Tefal broke my electric oven completely whilst trying to perform a warranty repair over six months ago. Following this, they claimed not to have any ovens available for replacement and offered a deep fat fryer as a instead. When this was refused as the oven was needed for the family Christmas dinner, they said they had done all that they could and were sending back the item that they had damaged beyond repair. This has not turned up (apparently sent the Christmas week 2025), they have provided proof of delivery which shows someone elses house. I get a nothing response every few weeks after sending multiple emails chasing.

Poor overall experience.

Brand new product, already faulty after barely any use.

1) Having to send this off was poor, when it was a clear poorly manufactured product.

2) Receiving a letter from the quality checkers basically blaming us and implying they are doing us a favour by swapping some brand new scissors, used a few times, as a "goodwill gesture".

Shocking. I will never buy Tefal again other than their pans.

I have never experienced such frustrating and time-wasting customer service.

I purchased a hand blender which turned out to be faulty. When empty, it makes a loud grinding noise suggesting a motor issue, and when actually used with food, it simply does not work at all. It completely fails to chop and is unusable.

I returned the item to the store and it was sent off for repair around mid-January. From that point on, everything went downhill.

On 9th February, I was told the product had “no fault found” and it was sent back to me. As soon as I received it (17th February), I immediately sent video evidence clearly showing the fault still exists.

From there, I was repeatedly asked to send the same videos and information over and over again. Despite sending everything multiple times, I kept receiving emails asking for the exact same evidence. At one point, they even claimed they couldn’t view the videos — so I resent them again. Then I was asked again days later.

I was also asked multiple times to provide my receipt, even though it had already been shown in-store and sent previously. I ended up scanning and resending it just to avoid further delays.

I raised a formal complaint and requested a manager call back on 3rd March. No one called. I chased again. Still nothing.

Eventually, after weeks of chasing, a manager finally called — only to tell me I need to send the product back AGAIN for another inspection. This is after it has already been inspected once and incorrectly marked as having no fault.

This whole process has now taken over two months for a £34.99 item that is clearly faulty and under warranty.

The level of service has been unacceptable:
• Repeated requests for the same information
• Poor communication and delays
• Failure to call back when promised
• No ownership or urgency
• Being sent in circles

It genuinely feels like they are trying to wear you down rather than resolve the issue.

I am still without a working product and still waiting for a proper resolution.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing, as if something goes wrong, you may end up in a very long and frustrating process.

Back in June 2025 I purchased a 28cm and 24cm frying pan and a wok.

In January I noticed the 28cm pan base was buckled.

I contacted Tefal and sent the pan back.
They said I had not used it properly, either putting in water when hot (NEVER do that with any of my pans!) or using it on too high a temperature! Well how do you cook a decent steak if its not on a high heat?
I would say that is more of a warming pan than a frying pan!
The 1986 Trades Description Act would probably say the pan is not fit for purpose but Tefal refused a refund or a replacement...!

NEVER again!
