Came really quickly.
It’s much lighter to use than my old one and more powerful.

I wanted to order the bigger set but it was sold out so I ordered a smaller set and purchased the additional bits extra. The “additional bits” came but the pans have not. Despite me contacting customer service and the representative being attentive on the phone they sent me and email to which I responded but I still haven’t had a email response to re send my pans or discuss a refund.. very disappointed it’s been over a week so they’ve had ample time to resolve.

I’m really impressed with this steamer. It does several garments on one tank and is powerful enough to get out quite deep creases, including clothes that had been packed tightly in a compression bag.

I even took it away with me to a hotel when travelling by car for a wedding, and it was perfect for getting all our wedding guest clothes looking fresh and wrinkle-free on the day.

At home, it has quickly become one of my favourite household tools. It’s especially useful for clothes that have only been worn for a few hours and don’t need washing. I can freshen them up, remove the creases and wear them again without having to get the ironing board out and re-iron everything.

It has genuinely made looking after clothes much easier and I’m using it far more than I expected. Excellent purchase.

Ordered a new steam generator iron from TEFAL online.
There was a discount on the model I was looking at and was really happy with the price.
The unit is a lot lighter than our previous one which is good but only downside is it feels a little bit too plasticky.
Plenty of steam power and good control.
We’ve had a few of these types of irons over the past 25 years and wouldn’t buy anything else.

I've only used it once so far but it seems very much what I was after , I've had tefal before it lasted a good few years . So hopefully this one will too. Very easy to use the steam makes everything so much faster and the light at the front is very handy .

Bought the Tefal Emotion Mesh as an alternative to the overpriced Hexclad pans. I'm very happy with it, and delivery+packing was great.

Iron seems ok but I booked a delivery day and it came on a different day I could have been out

The iron was a little bit heavier than I expected but not as heavy as my old iron but it’s very easy to use, produces a good amount of steam and powers through the ironing quickly
