The tap received was damaged, you sent a replacement part, which turned out to be the wrong one.
The tap should have been replaced or a refund given.
The tap was sent back a week ago, still waiting for my refund.

Bathroom basin
Ordered a semi recessed basin but unfortunately as it was a replacement it was unsuitable so had to be returned. This transaction was very smooth with special thanks to Thea and Polly. I was happy with the service but possible fault on the finish
I was happy with the service in terms of delivery, no worries at all.
Our plumber fitted the sink and it looks great, style and finish (with one exception) is exactly what I was after.
However, there does seem to be an issue with the finish on the area around the second bowl. It isn't as smooth as the rest of the sink, especially the part that separates the two bowls. It feels rougher and the water stains don't go when wiped down.
The whole of the surface of the sink has a similar tendency, especially on the draining board side, in that if the water isn't wiped off after use, it leaves a water mark. The difference here though is that a wipe down rectifies that issue.
I'm thinking that this is probably a manufacturing fault and I would therefore be obliged if you would please contact Leisure to arrange resolution one way or another.

Tap arrived when expected, was a good price. Fitted by plumber the cold valve leaked slightly but was quickly tightened and resolved. Looks good and is working well
