Sink delivered as promised at a great price. Got a hole punched to take a double pop-up waste which, unfortunately, they were unable to supply. Otherwise, very pleased with the service.

Beautiful tap but I waited about a month for it with no updates. Delivery was terrible also as the driver said my address does not exist and I ended up taking a day off work just waiting for delivery which did not come till next day. Not impressed with either and won't buy again

Hi Melita,
Thank you for your honest feedback. Whilst we are pleased you love the tap itself, we are very sorry for the communication gap and the awful experience with the delivery.
Your order was unfortunately caught up in an overseas supply bottleneck with Hansgrohe in Germany. We know we missed the mark on keeping you updated during this time. To try and make up for the wait, we sent it out via DPD Next Day the moment it arrived on May 21st, and we are frustrated that the courier let you down so badly by missing the delivery slot and causing you to take time off work.
We take your feedback seriously and are addressing this delivery failure with DPD. If you would be open to discussing your experience with us further, please do contact us at hello@tapsuk.com.
Best wishes,
Harry - Taps UK Customer Team
