Hello Mr Mazur, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we value all feedback to help improve our services. We are so sorry to read that the item arrived damaged. I can assure you courier damages are very rare but sadly do occur from time to time due to the fragile nature of the goods we sell. We are very sorry your order arrived damaged on this occasion. I can see the replacement item was ordered the same day the damage was reported to us. These items are ordered in on an order-by-order basis, hence the replacement taking a little time to reach you. I can see it has now been delivered to you. If there is anything further we can do for you, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind Regards TapsUK

I found a much cheaper option on Taps UK for a replacement carbon filter for my Caple wine cooler. I never ordered with them and was a bit hesitant. But I’m glad I did. Shipped quickly and exactly what was needed. Easy to purchase too. I recommend and will order again there.
