Sink delivered as promised at a great price. Got a hole punched to take a double pop-up waste which, unfortunately, they were unable to supply. Otherwise, very pleased with the service.

Poor service/communication
Poor service/communication
Ordered and paid for a sink - still not arrived and unlikely to within an acceptable timeframe.
Requested that due to delay and lack on contact delivery might be upgraded to a faster service - and company unwilling to action, so order cancelled

Hello Jill, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see you have already been in touch with our team, and it was confirmed that the incorrect address was provided when the order was placed, and this is the address the item was sent to. We were unable to assist with amending it as you did not contact us to advise there was any issue with the address, which was on the order confirmation email we sent to you shortly after you completed the order. Unless we are notified by a customer that an error was made when they entered the address details for the order, the order is, of course, sent to the address details we have. I am sorry that this meant you did not receive it but our couriers did deliver to the address we were provided with. Kind Regards TapsUK.

Hello Harry, thank you for your review. I can see that you ordered one of our popular special-order sinks that has an estimated lead time of 4 weeks. It was indeed delivered to you after 5 weeks, so we apologise for the slight delay. All lead times for special-order items are advised as estimates, and our team contacts all customers to advise when the item is expected. This gives customers the opportunity to review the order and decide if the timing meets with their plans. I am glad the sink reached you safely. If we can be of any further assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind Regards TapsUK
